In your mind it is the ancient Jews and their nonsensical mythology and fictional narratives that are real abi? Keep swmiming in the bubble of delusions made up for you by the ancient Jews and their mythological and superstitious ideas.

One would have wished the responses on this thread will be more based on reasonable and diplomatic premises that might have informed the action of the 52 nations but no way! It has quickly been filled up with people venting their bitterness against The Bible and God. This speaks volumes about the 'reason' and 'logic' some folks claim to follow. The first reasonable question should have been, "why was the Bible banned in those countries? " Not all sorts of bile and needless rants that have as much relevance to the topic as the railers have in a religious section/thread!

Good point. The trolls are only here to derail the issue at hand since they have no argument.

That explains why atheist politicians and lawyers fight tooth and nail to remove the 10 commandment monuments from the court houses. smiley

They will fail. The Bible has been the holy book that
(i) has survive that has survived earth ranging
(ii) reader get pricked, whether believers, non-believers, atheist, and all other.

that is why they want want people to read it.

Because the Bible is;

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

This is the only book,
(i) Explain itself
(ii) works in the heart of seer, hearer, listeners without even touching them.

How pathetically myopic. If those intelligent beings have you in their number then I am sorry to say that whoever set that intelligence bar set it below ground level.

Howbeit when your silly claims do come to pass even thought for centuries such have been the claim and the claimants died and left their claims still unrealised then you shall also die with your claim yet unrealised.

With 84% of the world population having faith and a third of that being Christians then I am sorry to say that you will die a thousand times over with your claim still being unrealised.

Enjoy your false hopes.

what hope could be more false than waiting for 2000 years for your Jewish ancestor to come and take you to the sky.? Tell me

But I tell you, such is evolution of the mind, a gradual change and soon the world will be occupied with logical beings.. your kinds, your ideologies would only be remembered in history books.

The world did not start with religion, and when religion came, religion did not start with Christianity and Islam. many gods have come and gone, gods nobody ever thought would be forgotten....Same with yours, it has a beginning and it would have an end.

For those 2000 years the world has seen an increase in the religious and in Christianity and it took just 2000 years to hit almost 3billion people so let's do the math shall we?

3000000000 Christians divided by 2000 years. That's 1,500,000 million every year. Very impressive. Even if the growth index were to be cut down to a third of that, that would be 500,000 new followers a year which is still impressive and seen as the worst case scenario.

The fact is that nobody would remember you in another 80 or 90 years but guess what. Almost 3billion people have remembered Christianity for over 2000 years. If it hurts you then you can kiss a cobra.

But you should not worry, like I've always said, a future is coming when your likes would have gone into extinction and this nation will be occupied with more intelligent beings.

Intelligent beings who will no longer hold on to falsehood and tales that appeals only to emotions but lacks logic amd common sense

Intelligent beings who will no longer tell the genealogy of the Jews but seek after their true ancestral heritage

Intelligent beings who will no longer look into the sky to pray but look into the sky for space research

Intelligent beings who will no longer be deceived that their ancestors are evil, that holy lands are in Mekka and Jerusalem..

Intelligent beings who will pick up their own pen and write their own history, their genealogy and stop waiting for others to write their history

You my friend, are among a generation of low thinkers..i don't blame you
That you could come up with this write up suggests you are an avid reader; keep it up! However, you will achieve more in perhaps the political section, than here that is meant for we low thinkers to,
"share your belief in God ...." Albeit, the time you referred to is near and we wont bother you in your utopian Shring la again!

When you begin by telling lies like the OP then you shouldn't expect any one to take you seriously.
Firstly the bible isn't banned in 52 countries. Infact the bible is only FULLY banned in about only about a 6 countries in the world.

In the other countries there are only restrictions to bible usage. For example you will need government approval before you print, distribute and share the bible around. But if it is for personal usage at home you won't need any government approval. Christian apologist and their lie lie persecution complex will say that the bible is banned in such countries when it is not. It is the restrictions placed on attempts to convert people that Christain apologist tag as banning the bible when in reality it is NOT. Christians will want to speared their religion and it's propaganda on people , when they meet resistence they begin to cry.

From Qora it says that:

"The Gideons International have a list of countries where they are not allowed to operate:

Afghanistan, Algeria, China (People's Republic), Comoros, Djibouti, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Maldives, Mauritania, Morocco, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Yemen".

Bit even with that other bible societies are allowed to operate in some.of these countries, bible societies like the Catholic bible society are allowed to operate in some of the countries. So ot is a lie that the bible is banned in 52 countries.

There are many reasons why most of the countries will NOT want their citizens to convert to christianity.

If you look at how christianity was speared it was done through conquest mostly back in the days and christian nations will NOT tolerate other religions. See what christians did to the Jews in the past and other minority European religions.

Even in the bible, there are stories about God telling people never to worship other Gods and injunctions were passed tellibg peopple even kill members of their families if they entice then to worship other Gods.
Well, sir, I wish OLADEEGBU will tell us if the highlighted is what he intended?

Don't mind those empty ranters. Voltaire died in 1778 and has long become sand and his supposed intelligence vaporised but from 1778 till date the gospel thrived like never before and new followers came on board in droves while people trampled on the burial spot of Voltaire in absolute abandon and the generations of today if not told, would never know that anyone like Voltaire ever existed.

But here we are 2000+ years after Christ and we have a chain reaction of almost 3 billion who in turn would also cause their own chain reaction. Imagine if these almost 3 billion get just 1 soul converted a year, that would be another 3 billion in just a year and in less than 10 years the whole world would be followers of Jesus.

Some pained twits up there are busy doing permutations for us in the face of their own uncertainty when the reality is laughing at them

OLAADEGBU doesn't reason on his own. He ONLY regurgitates what he reads on his favourite christian apologist websites and their ridiculous propaganda.

If you tell him to list the 52 countries where him and his apologist liars claim the bible is banned he'll start crying. He bible is NOT banned in 52 countries anywhere. Only about 6 countries fully ban the bible.

Very funny! You are free to open a thread on the Quran and the attacks thereon. This thread is on the Bible. So much for logic. While you set up that thread, mention a pastor in history that said something similar about the Quran; Voltaire was a figure in the 18th century so dont stay too close.

OLAADEGBU such a sly fox eh? You keep coming up with clickbait topics, dog-whistle for the feeble minded. Here you are presupposing that Christians and non Christians alike all accept that all biblical stories are historically accurate.

I suppose it never occurred to you that even if every single story in the bible were to be true, which we know is not the case, some countries could still impose a ban simply because....they are not Christian.
