I'm personally scared to death to sleep by myself (whether it's on night or day). I only slept 2 or 3 times by myself in night in my entire life. Sleeping in day is relatively less scary than night, but if there is no one in the house, then I will try my best not to sleep even if I feel very sleepy. The reason for it is because I wasn't raised to sleep by myself from early age and I had experienced some paranormal activities which are very scary.

The few times I had slep myself, I had asked myself how the heck I slept alone and told myself that this will not going to happen again. I think this sums up the level of afraid ness I'm experiencing in this.

I know that it's rare and weird for someone at my age to be very afraid of sleeping alone, but is there anyone here facing the same situation like me?

Those spiritual attacks will go away once you stop fearing them. The more you fear the more intense they become.

Also the greatest way to stop fearing something is to do exactly what you fear. Start sleeping alone without caring what will happen.

shocked......did u see anything about spiritual attack in his post; madame afrique? Africans and spiritual attack mentality are like 5&6.

@hati13, the major problem u have is the way u're brought up, paranormal activities on the other hand are unexplainable things that happened to us in our mind and not in reality, if u can position ur mind to attract positive things, so be it.

Finally, u need to start sleeping alone if u want to be free from that fear and don't ask urself "how the heck u slept alone" and don't tell urself it won't happen again cos it will definitely happen, u need to break away from that fear, u don't need to be afraid of anything.

as for me, I love to sleep alone. cool
