Diamond bank always has network issues, and u find their customers always complaining on ATM queue, begging God and when one of them get to the Machine, theres a "financial institution" error and dey all leave d queue cos they know the bank has started again ���. Funny enough, everytime i go the ATM, i always, i repeat ALWAYS meet them their complaining. Their customers are like arsenal fans. Always enduring. �����

Because of Diamond ATM and numerous network issues on all platforms, i've been compelled to open more than three accounts with other banks when I actually propose just one bank account and that, with Diamond.

So you mean you're using all these banks to know whether or not they're charging for stamp duty?
Meanwhile, stamp duty is a central bank directive to be charged on account holders except Savings accounts. However, Diamond bank was charging for this on Diamond Xtra (hybrid savings account) but they've stopped it like 3 months ago

Visit the nearest Diamond Bank Branch with ur CAC documents(TIN inclusive), recent utilitybill,2passport photograph,a valid means of id; incase u have not registered ur bizness, fear not, DiamondBank will do dat for u.

OK if I already have a company, and I go with the usual documents, do I need a reference from another Diamond Bank corporate account holder? Most banks require this.

GTB is not a bank, it's a jankara market. I spent 2 hours trying to collect money from GTB last year and closed my account there.

With diamond I can fling my money from bank to bank and from account to account like am playing PS4

Hmm I don't no how this awards are being won diamond bank that my sister have been trying to register his account with the mobile app since last year called the customer care it does not work at all their cards hardly work with quickteller you can't transfer fund with your card on ATM machine diamond bank in total is not for serious minded bizness people it for ladies that make small savings from their boyfriend and husband through diamond yellow acct or daily savings

Diamond's mobile app is next to none.
Gtb is cool too, buh, Diamond's own nicks it for me,
The U.I is user friendly, rarely hangs, swift alerts after transfer, all round easy to use.

Am yet to see an Igbo man working as a cashier in First bank or GTBank, it would be unfair for me to criticize them.

U know how this work in this part of the world especially Nigeria.
U don't expect me to build a company and not make my people a top priority.

But their are situations were competence is rated ahead of tribal lines.

They resolved a problem I had (was debited twice on a pos) over the phone. Didn't visit the bank for one day, they kept me updated. It took some time Sha, about 2weeks.
I think they are very efficient and they have good customer care services.

gtb is something else. Their 737app is good Sha but can only be used for buying airtime and transfer. Funny enough gtb to gtb transfer, they collect 52naira.

Hmm! Good for them. I am totally cool with my First Bank account...mobile banking transfer is super cool. Sometimes i even feel like sending money to some friends and family for no reason...just cos of how easy it is to do.

I think it a great bank. I like their Mobil app and the way they resolve issues from my own experience.

Even some of them like First Bank and UBA do not joke with the monthly atm card maintenance fee while some are not deducting it.

What's the problem? Once you have a username, it's very easy.
