Any thoughts/comments on landing at Newark Liberty International Airport New Jersey using Ethiopian Airlines. I haven't read any Poe experiences at EWR and flight experiences with ET. The flight time is amazing & it's relatively cheap... just 13 hours. I wonder why people prefer Royal Air Maroc that has about 25 hours flight time with an 11 hour layover at Casablanca & same price range. 5 Likes 2 Shares

Mayorboi: I don't think there is any difference on the flight you take with POE experience but your ability to defend your purpose in the US. ET Airlines is great. Flown it several times with no wahala. 1 Like |

shayhune: I am talking about saving the extra cost of monthly expenses. For example the school i attended is well funded and offers student free transportation around the city saving you extra cost of spending money on public transport and car expenses. There are other benefits too i do not want to publicly mention |

biikeys: 1. The cost of living depends on the location of the place. For example if you school in a big city like Chicago you have plenty of cheap housing options.its not a must to live in fancy areas 2. I do not know about engineering programs but i am advising first timers like high school student. The job demand in medical field can never die with what i see here |

mrkhaynoni: Bigger cities are more diverse in culture, more housing options, transportation etc things to help you settle down on time |

pender: There are 4000+ universities in USA, no one will help you to pick one. Start researching by yourself using Google, bestschoolvalue, usanews and other search tools, Or pay agents who will help you to do your research (not recommended) |

femi312: Hehehehe. Femi, but you know say Dem stingy like mad for funding. I know at least 8 people (including me) that got in without funding. Their environmental engineering is ranked in the top 20, I think. But to give me funding ehn, Chai, e pain me. If you are applying here, just apply and pray that your circumstance will be different but don't go and be putting your mind on it. Else, you will be on a long thing. |

Mayorboi: Bro, allow me to just chook mouth in this one. Bro, explore every option when it comes to funding. If you have not been offered a funding letter, always assume you have nothing even if the professor has accepted you in his group and made verbal promise concerning funding. Things change very quickly and I learnt from experience. I wish you all the best. 2 Likes |
