That's what he has just explained to you. English is Nigerian 2nd language, what they mean there is your mother tongue and other Nigerian languages you hear and speak. So English is not Nigerian's mother tongue. So it can't be there.

The N1500 they charged him was for their services rendered... Which should include printing of the Green Card...
While the N2800 is payment for the callup letter...

No.. You will have to choose your states again. A friend of mine that didn't go with 2016 batch B, did his today. All he did was to choose states..no capturing wahala n all that shidd we passed thru today.

Just to feed my curiosity you know, Assuming a PCM registers and gets deployed to OYO (for instance) but he/she refused to go to the camp. My question is, when the said peson is ready to serve and gets re-validated. Must he/she report at the OYO orientation camp or will the person be given another opportunity to choose other states of preference from which he/she will be posted too

Yeah.. A friend of mine that registered in Batch b 2016,
just revalidated today n it took him straight to states selection et al. Didn't face the struggle of capturing and all.
