yep, but someone here was saying that he has gotten his call up number. i thought that it goes together with the letter and green slip?

I did my reg this morning by 8am and I did my payment hours later and now it's all done and I saw my call up number in my dashboard.

This is the worst registration experience since the commencement of NYSC online registration. Sidmach Technologies only did the right thing this evening by updating their biometric client to allow picture upload. Don't know what they were thinking of earlier. It took several complaints for them to do the right thing.

We were only able to register about 30yesterday through the online capturing process (against our reputation of registering minimum of 100 PCMs on Day 1). We dumped the earlier update to the biometric app when all the passports it accepted were either too bright or a far cry from the normal appearance of the PCM. I will advise all those who registered through the webcam yesterday and today (before the latest update to the app) to brace up for a possible re-upload of their passports.


To all our esteemed customers and prospective customers who are yet to register, you can now come for your registration tomorrow with no stress. You will be done in 15minutes. We appreciate you all for your patience.

my own advice is for the person to go to nysc secretariat in ur state and make complain asap...

Yes, but not directly. They will re-enable the passport upload link when they they discover uploaded passports aren't good enough. They did for some passports and Signatures during Batch A 2017 registration exercise. A notice will be placed on the dashboard to that effect.

If however another person's passport was uploaded in place of yours during the registration process (hardly happens unless you were not there when the form was filled), you need to contact the registration support lines, email or chat platform to resolve that.

You guys should stop making other people feel bad when you have successfully finished something...

For example, this registration thing now, you see some people coming here to say something like.... "me I don do my own, I no send anybody"
another one can come and say "me no even go through any biometrics, e no concern me"

Please, I'm not saying we shouldn't give testimonies but please let's do it in a cool way... Thank you!

This is a serious issue. She however shouldn't panic. It can be resolved by NYSC's technical partner because they are the one with direct access to the registration database. Her finger print record will be wiped and she'll be able to re-capture. She should contact the registration support lines or their chat platform. If they don't respond, she should contact Sidmach Technologies. This is why it is important to patronise reputable registration centres. It is also important for PCMs to observe the registration process closely. The finger print captured during the registration process is the only means of verifying you when you get to camp. If your finger print can't be found on their database at camp, you won't be registered.
