There was a time they showed some as-e-dey-hot video of NA SFTS guys conducting raids and I planned to download it on YouTube. I watched approximately 50mins of all their videos and till today am still looking for it

I am pretty sure Taliban we return to the negotiating table once NATO leaves Afghanistan.

Don't fall into the new western propaganda, first they say no negociation with terrorist now that they no more have control over some situation they now talking rubbish...

To fight terrorism or any other form of insurgency is by force otherwise you are finish it is the best and only short term strategy against people who want to kill you, I personaly put military even at the midium term solution with secret service and diplomacy.. Economic solution is only effective on the long term and impossible if the Federal Government doesn't have control over the territory contested.
For recruiting is not a problem even if civilians are not killed in action (which is not deliberate) terrorist can recruit by simply winning the war, people follow blindly winners example ISIS or with money or child soldiers like boko haram did at the biggining
