You should go for the course by course evaluation, which costs $205, especially if you are using this for graduate admissions in the US. The total amount usually comes out to $212 (with $7 delivery charge of your transcript to the school's address).

You just need to explain to the VO in clear term reason/s you could not travel with the visa.

Since your travel to the US is not definite yet (visa is a 50-50 chance), it is well understood that you may not have a pre-planned place already to stay in the US, thus you put the address of your school. It's what other people do. I've answered your question already.

back to my question, as a graduate of accounting with 5 years experiences in non accounting field, is it advisable to go for Master studies in accounting say Forensic accounting or business analytics?
I don't know why I love that profession with all the passion and effort i put in to get accounting job, it prove abortive ( note I got to Partner interview stages 3 times: first one was one of the big four, the other firm is among the big five).

My advice..go ahead with MS Accounting..maybe auditing and/or forensics. Sponsorship outlook is okay too, even by the Big 4. Make sure to go to a good school though.
