Boason just stopped him cold with "Are you a going concern?"

Man's spent the last two minutes chewing mouth without answering the question.

Oando shareholders, on the basis of this interview I can say that raw cash flow is all that is keeping the barbarians (creditors) out of your company.
In a way I see why Ansbury and co acted, if the CFO CANNOT categorically declare his firm a going concern on national TV.

Like my Oga said before, Naija managers are extremely talented destroyers of capital. It is SAD. angry angry angry

Up NEXT, CCO/Company Secretary Ayo Jagun.

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by DaV8King(m): 10:26am On Oct 27, 2017
Oando's CCO just publicly declined SEC audit upon FIVE (5) years UNAUDITED accounts and admitted corporate governance infractions.

Biko, does Nigeria have RICO laws and class action suits? I think the management of Oando deserve this treatment from creditors and shareholders.

Your e-mandate has been processed

However, we do not have the transfer form you used in the purchase of the shares to process

your request Shareholders Attention is Required at Ajose Adeogun, VI, Lagos/Shareholder is to process transfer form

why do i need a transfer form when i bought on the floor? anyone in this position as am not in lagos for now.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Infinitisi(m): 10:28am On Oct 27, 2017
My personal lesson from the injuries sustained in the Oando debacle is " Never again will I buy into a promise. I will only buy based on facts and figures.

It was that that illusion of a promise that kept me in the stock despite all the facts saying I should exit. Thank God I received sense December last year and I sold.

No more emotional attachment to any stock.

Not sure but I think the transfer form is to capture your signature. When you buy on the floor the registrars don't get to capture your signature unlike when you buy from the primary market.

I may be wrong though. The brokers I. The house will be able to advise better.

Did you submit your e-dividend form with bankers confirmation of signature letter? If you didn't maybe that is why they need you to sign the transfer form.

You need to be unbiased to reach an objective conclusion for your case study. How does a stock trading above it's previous close price being punished? It opened with a Ref 5% higher than previous close nah. LOL

It appears the interview on channel television will put Oando into bigger shit.

Thank you Boason for the questions asked, Wale's propaganda couldn't work this time around.

I hope pr-share will learn from channels TV.

Fidelity is a small bank. Small banks are not capable of resisting tension. If fidelity had faced what fbnh did, they would have since been under acquisition by now.
