mojisolani: This is not a difficult case since the company's name shows. All you need to do is to explain this in a letter. If you have an account that you can't support the source of money on it with evidence then submitting such account will not help your application |

buddiemm: Applying with new CoS is not the issue here, the issue is that your role did not meet the criteria. Your sponsor need to study the refusal letter and amend the CoS to meet the criteria |

Justwise,Thank you so much, I will explain the transfer of the money from the company in the letter the other two account are saving which I received money from family and friends and also transfer from business account which show in the account but the business is current account which I use for business but I don't have receipt because is a small scale business because I pay daily into the account after sales of the day customers buy with cash and I don't issue receipt for me. Do I include it and explain how the business it? |

justwise: Thanks Justwise. My sponsor said they can't access the CoS again as it has been marked as USED after the administrative review. That is why they are suggesting if they should issue me a new CoS. The ECM had revoked the first reason why my application was denied and said I can apply for administrative review for this new refusal notice but I think they deliberately denied my application. Please what do you think I can do. |

Good morning house, please assist with the list of documents needed to apply for tourist U.K. Visa. I'm sure it has been posted on here before. If you can help with the page number that would be good. Thank you. 1 Like |

Hello, @Justwise @Bright @Solatium @Ekpotek and everyone in the house, Kindly advice: I submitted a completed online application for a tourist visa on the 4th of October but cancelled/requested for a refund on the 5th of October 2017 upon detecting an error i made in section/part 2. (Please note that biometrics and submission date was scheduled for the 12th of October but wasn’t honored as i had already cancelled) Now on the 15th of October, i made a fresh application online, paid the visa fee, submitted and went for my biometrics yesterday 24/10/2017 But to my surprise, up till this minute i haven’t received a mail or any refund alert from the British Embassy (visa4UK) concerning the previous cancelled Kindly advice... Thank you! |

buddiemm: Even after they stated clearly that the role in CoS did not meet the criteria for a field worker” under the meaning in Appendix A part 111(c) of the Rules you are still claiming that it was a delibrate act? Have you or your sponsor studied Appendix A part 111(c) of the Rules to know if indeed your role met the requirement? They can issue you a new CoS but the issue of your role has to be addressed on it. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by justwise(m): 5:39am On Oct 26, 2017 |
mojisolani: You can do that but there is no guarantee that explanation alone will work without paper evidence. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by justwise(m): 5:41am On Oct 26, 2017 |
funmido: You have to contact the embassy to chase that up |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by buddiemm: 6:42am On Oct 26, 2017 |
justwise: Okay Justwise I will inform them to address the issue on new CoS. But that Appendix A part 111 (c) of immigration rules only talked about valid CoS and not about field work. If I want to re-apply now and I am asked whether I have been refused a UK visa before, did I need to mention the revoked refusal and new refusal or only the new refusal reason and date? Thank you. |

ujugirl88: Thanks for your contribution Ujugirl. The result of the review came out and and the reviewer said he has revoked the reasons to refuse my application. This happens because my sponsor was able to add those information after my refusal on sponsors note. The reviewer now issued me another refusal and stated that HE IS NOT SATISFIED THAT THE JOB THAT MY SPONSOR IS GIVING TO ME IS A FIELD WORK. But all my job descriptions shows that its a field work. I am given another opportunity to do the review but my sponsor said they would issue me a new CoS dat I shouldn't go for another review. Congtats on your decision overturning! |

@inphoneix , justwise and all, Good evening. Apologies if this has been answered before. When a company is sponsoring, is the statement of account of the company sufficient alongside payslips of the staff? Or is the staff's statement needed too? Thank you |

Hi guys update on my visa (family visa) we were to go for my sisters wedding on the 26th of August. Did biometrics 21st of July escalation August 15th and on and on for where no answer. Got mail that decision was made 23rd of October, got mail for pick up later same day I was scared to go pick up, so waited 3 days until my heart is strong enough i went and i got my visa 2years! it was issued 19th of oct. my mum was also given 2years, but my bro was denied. i noticed my visa issuer is UKVI, so i'm thinking those of us that were delayed were being processed in UK? not sure sha just a guess. omo when i got there i saw that the passports being returned were in a black nylon pack, only i and a guy was in a DHL bag. Afraid catch me die, i was thinking ah this people don refuse me , mumu me was looking for refusal letter instead of looking for visa in passport. it was later my brain clicked that babe check your passport first na. Omo see joy and gladness. Thanks to everybody that has been contributing to this forum, it gave me hope and patients. And oh we did miss my sisters wedding, very sad, i cried on that day sha. as in after all the preparation i did for her, asoebi , her cloths, soveniers etc i was not there to witness her get married. my mum cried wella. its all good as i will look for cheap ticket to visit her soonext. anyone with idea of where to get cheap ticket pls hola. 2 Likes |

Hi everyone, is the UKBA big on addresses? There's a mistake on two different certificates, one says "Plot 9, block 72" and the other says "Plot 9, block 17". And it can't be rectified as those certificates are issued only once. Thanks. Cc Justwise |

Good morning FAM. I have been following this thread for a while now, 2 years to be specific. Please you guys should help me with some clue. I haven't traveled out before, the last time I wanted to, it was denied and reasons was: You said your schooling in Nigeria but no evidence to back that up. You and your spouse have been together for 3 years but no proof of the relationship. ( I haven't seen her for the first time) You submitted a payslip of your spouse but no bank statement. With this I don't think you have enough fund for this trip and that you will return back to Nigeria. There was no right for appeal. Here is the thing guys, I want to submit this application again, now she will send me all those things, (She works as a teaching assistant, and will sponsor everything) and I might use my mom as a sponsor too, then my expenses there on my head. But am a fresh graduate, I don't have much in my account, as I work with my boss who has a registered construction company, he doesn't pay me. Guys please help me arrange my self, and to be frank if I should get the visa, I don't plan coming back. I will just go there and get married. |
