Make this my Abokii just take this advice o. AHMED MUSA NEEDS A MOVE AWAY FROM LEICESTER CITY, SAYS VICTOR AGALI 17:36 The former Nigeria international believes the forward has a choice to make before the January transfer window owing to his lack of playing time. Victor Agali has counselled Leicester City’s Ahmed Musa to consider a ‘favourable’ move away from the King Power Stadium after struggling for regular playing time. The former CSKA Moscow forward is yet to play a game for the Foxes in the Premier League this campaign after featuring in 21 league games in his debut season in England. Musa was an unused substitute in Michael Appleton’s side Carabao Cup win over Leeds United after making his maiden appearance for Leicester City U23s in their victory over Chelsea U23s in September. With Nigeria’s qualification for next year’s World Cup in Russia, the former Schalke 04 and Nice attacker thinks the Nigeria international needs a move to secure his regular playing time irrespective of the tier. “A move away from Leicester City will be very favourable for him [Ahmed Musa],” Agali told Goal. “He still has till the end of this year to make a choice if to go on loan to other clubs in the Championship or stay in the Premier League. It is left for him. “He's had a good career himself and good appearances with the Super Eagles. You can’t take away the fact that he is a very good player, sometimes it is important we watch the moves we make towards the end of the career. “He understands the situation at Leicester City better than anyone and he knows why he is not playing at the moment. “I believe he should look for somewhere else to play regularly and get his match fitness, but it does not really matter if he joins a team lower than Leicester City because all you need is your playing time." That's good news. I am surprise that Rohr didn't start him ahead of Echiejile against Zambia. Rohr strikes me as someone who doesn't like to experiment much. I think he's someone who would always stick with the winning team, come rain some shine. O pari Joebie: |

Wilfred Ndidi is EPL Midfield General He may be only one season old in the Premier League but Wilfred Ndidi is already leaving his mark on the most prestigious football league in the world. Ndidi, 20, joined Leicester City from KRC Genk for £15 million in January on a 5-year deal and has made the midfield his comfort zone. After 9 Premier league matches, the Nigeria International leads the stats board for most tackles made. Ndidi has made 39 tackles, 7 more than Huddersfield’s Aaron Mooy, who comes second on the list. as per Squawka, Ndidi also tops the list of tackles won after 8 matches played – in comparison to Aaron Mooy and Everton’s Idrissa Gueye – but with more minutes played. 3 Likes |

Mujtahida: At 16 years of age, Villas-Boas had not finished his studies when he noticed that Robson, then manager of Porto, was living in the same apartment block as him. Robson would go on to win the first of three successive titles that year, but for fan Villas-Boas, he was making a mistake in keeping striker Domingos Paciencia on the bench. The youngster wrote to Robson raising his concerns and the UEFA Cup-winning coach responded by asking him to supply data to support his argument. He soon did. Villas-Boas sent back a raft of statistics and arguments pinpointing why he was correct. Robson was so impressed he offered the Portuguese a trainee position with the youth team’s coaching staff, and the rest is history. http://www.shieldsgazette.com/sport/football/the-letter-to-sir-bobby-that-started-villas-boas-career-1-3503103 Robson was a brilliant and well respected football coach but still miss some points. It does not mean because of coaches top positions, they can not miss details. 2 Likes |

elyte89:Pls always read d line very well before u make your comment. What is my business with players invitation or did u ever see me recommending any player here,so why making a claim that is untrue. I believe have already made my WC cup team on this thread with 15 players from this present team and guys contributed immensely. Even players like Awoniyi, Aiyenugba that i have very strong relationship with, have not come here to call for their invitation, with my little closeness with Martin i think i should be in forefront calling for his invitation. Am one of d apostles who believe in a very moderate team camping even go against 100 players camping on this thread as my good friend thegoodjoe suggested. On d issue of Martins, have made my point cleared and people who really understand knows that am against Martins recalling but am not Rohr,if Rohr want him fine,he is eligible as a Nigerian and has every right to continue aspiring to play for Nigeria, not yet retire like Enyeama and Emenike. This is a forum where everyone have different views or opinions and it must be respected with courtesy not making claims that are not substantial. Though a faceless forum but our integrity is at stake coz some already believing some are paid to promote players here,so tagging me a player agent is uncalled for. 3 Likes |

Omeruo Headline New Names In Squad For Algeria, Argentina Games, Ebuehi Returns In-form Kasimpasa defender Kenneth Omeruo who is on loan to the Turkish side from English Premier League outfit Chelsea has been handed a recall to the senior national team of Nigeria by coach Gernot Rohr. Rohr has omitted the player from his list for the last three games in the World Cup 2018 Qualifiers, with his last call up coming in the AFCON 2019 Qualifiers tie against South Africa where he was benched for Chidozie Awaziem in the 0-2 loss in Uyo. The Franco-German coach has consistently maintained that the 24 year old need regular run of games before he can be called back into the team, and with Omeruo recent fine form for Kasimpasa has been handed a recall for the games against Algeria and Argentina. Nigeria will play Algeria in a dead rubber World Cup 2018 Qualifiers tie on the 10th of November before taking on Argentina in a high profile friendly game on the 14th in Russia. Omeruo is not the only new name expected to be included in the squad that prosecuted the last three games for Nigeria as there is also a recall for Henry Onyekuru who was last called up for the game against South Africa. Onyekuru will replaces injured Chelsea ace Victor Moses, while Tyronne Ebuehi of ADO Den Haag who was on standby in the last Eagles list has been invited and he will most likely make his debut against Algeria. A letter to Emmanuel Amunike 2yrs ago before the 2015 U17 Fifa world cup. Deji is a patriot and must not be overlooked. Hello. My name is Deji Ousman Beyreuther. I was born in Göttingen and played for Sparta Göttingen. Then i moved to Hannover and played for Tsv pattensen. My Trainer was Stefan Mertesacker, father of per mertesacker(german national player). Next i moved to Frankfurt because family reasons. Now i play for the Bundesligaclub Fsv Frankfurt. I was born on the 06.09.1999 and play for the u17 squad. I think its the right time for the nationalteam. My mother Heike Beyreuther is German and my father Lukman Oladimeji is Nigerian. I would like to participate in the Nigerian nationalteam and not the German because i love the Culture, the passion on the Field and my motivation is my uncle Mohammed Oladimeji Lawal who also played for the nationalteam. I am actually a defensive middlefielder but play left defender and feel more confident on this Position as i played there this season in which we successfully finished on the 1. place. I weigh 65 kilogram and I am 1,78 tall. My strong foot is the left one but have almost the same qualities in pass and dribble and skill with the right. My role is as an offensive left defender who supports the offense with dangerous crosses and direct longshots. In my first season at Fsv Frankfurt i became captain because I give commandos and support my team to lead to success. I follow every match of the golden eaglets and think that my abilities will support this team. I hope to hear from you soon, kind regards, Deji Ousman Beyreuther 9 Likes |

TheGoodJoe:Thanks goodjoe for this interesting read but it is beside the point. Let me explain: to say a coach is not technically adept is different from the coach missing important details, making mistakes etc. I remember that when I raised this issue it was somewhat of a consensus that Rohr needs technical assistant just like Westerhof had Bonfrere Jo. But this information shows that apart from the video analysts(interestingly an Algerian. Think our 3-1 victory) Rohr came with two other assistants one of which is a Brazilian. So my point is can we still say that Rohr needs technical assistants? Do we here know more than them? |

Mickael2:Seniority should not be an issue I don't see big deal in it,a mature player doesn't care about captainships but what he want to contribute to d team. I remember in d 80s during our qualifying matches to Afcon,WC,Paul Halmiton made Andrew Uwe d captain of d team in d absence of Stephen Keshi, when Keshi returned to d team,Uwe still maintained his captain band with no issue. The same thing happened during Onigbinde era in 1984,young Keshi was made d captain at d expense of very experience Muda Lawal and Henry Nwosu,d team played very well reaching afcon final. Sunday Olishe was named Eagles skipper ahead of Finidi George and d team did not scattered,d bond was even stronger. Kanu captain Atlanta 96 despite d presence of Uche Okechuckwu,Sunday Olishe,Dan,Amokachie, Taribo West,Tijani Babangida,Emma Amuneke, Victor Ikpeba and d team was spectacular,no distraction in d team. It's simple any old player who is not comfortable with Mikel leadership is not ready to be part of d team coz it shouldn't be an issue. 1 Like |

Naijaphobia: Wow! But Ojokolo no wan make em son play for Nigeria. Besides, Where is the guy that played the LB position for Amuneke? If you remove the tik tak pattern of play from Amuneke's team, the players are mostly average players. I have said it here times without numbers that most of his players are mediocre. Only 3 or 4 are ok. The best set is Manu Garba with up to 6-7 players doing well presently. 1 Like |

Humility017: Point of correction. You see everybody misunderstands the point. I am not saying call back Martins, Osaze etc etc and plug them straight into the starting eleven and do away with the other players, no. Iheanacho, Ighalo, Moses Simon etc etc have been playing since, how and why can we not sacrifice a single game for the likes of Martins, Osaze etc etc to show what they can still offer? If they come and play well, fine, if they don't we have nothing to lose, it's a win-win situation. We are going to the world cup, not Afcon where we might have just a short window to prepare. Here we will have more than a month to prepare so saying that thesame set of players must be invited all the time just to build team unity/spirit going to the world cup does not make sense. To Taiwo, yes I have and will continue to ask for his inclusion. Is Echejile better than Taiwo? I mean Taiwo plays week in week out in Finland, Finland is better than Cyprus where ironically our RB comes from. Now you may come at him for his age but he is thesame age as Mikel, and slightly older than Ighalo, same age as Balogun as well and if you watch his games for Kemi, you will see that he still has the energy of a bonafide 32year old, I mean he is the highest scoring defender in the Finnish league, if that is not a true test of his ability I wonder what is. You may also say it will affect the team unity/spirit but I can tell you that it is false. If you go for a coaching course, one of the first thing you learn is that there are 3spots in a team that can be changed at will, the two fullbacks and the number 9. In 2002, we were told that the two wingers too can be changed at will without affecting team unity. So when I start shouting a players name I must have checked these things. You don't see me shouting Ajagun, Joel Obi even and/or Aluko, but I clamour for Martins, Uche(no 9s), Osaze and Taye, before I say anything I check it well. Now your next point may be that Aina can do a job at LB but brother, let's be sincere, Shehu should not be a starting fullback. Shehu is solid defensively, going forward he isn't and his solid defensive display is because he is yet to meet a very good winger, I am not saying he will be burnt but it could happen. Aina, for me, does a better job at RB all the days of the week. Do we then force Shehu into the LB role? Shehu is a squad player, it ends there, this is not an insult on him. So what happens to Uwa? How many LBs do we have? 1 Like |

Kog45: the point isn't captaincy etc etc. Mikel is the captain(I sha think Enyeama will take it back) and Onazi isn't the assistant, but that does not make them their senior. I mean when you are in a hospital and you are with a senior nurse you must show your respect, that does not mean you aren't incharge again. |
