All the interviews I HV ever gone in naija,once applications been processed,the hr will close application portal and opened a new phase,it happened in NPOWER ,then the organization will issue out Link for further phase of recruitment via SMS or email.let's be hopeful.

you can't claim u own a portal when you ar not a developer or perhaps the programmer to DPR. you only edit when they asked you to. seem that you portal is open you already know your future in DPR congrats. am working hard to feature in my future since it is not disclosed.

How you can be invited for DPR interview:
1. Pay a sacrificial offering of not less than 5k.
2. Pay fasting and prayer offering for Prophet to fast on your behalf, amount N5000 flat.
3. Pay church building offering of any amount not compulsory.

After successful interview, guidelines will be given on how to be sure of the job.
Call for account number.

Am also hopeful shaa to be invited for an interview but you can try your luck with me, you know a Prophet cannot do miracle for himself.

It will be a height of unprofessionalism, if DPR decides to use the charade called aptitude test as the only criterion in selecting candidates especially EHs for the next stage. I am still waiting and hopeful.

I suppose an Experienced Hire (EH) ought to do better than inexperienced graduates (GT) in those areas.

Professionalism is not stereotyped. It varies. I believe there are many EH who performed excellently in the test.

Prof. Ameh defined knowledge as what is left after learning. If I am to take common entrance examination now, my real knowledge of basic mathematics, English and science will be tested and not those days that I crammed and poured during examination.

Holding other factors constant, as an Economist, I think I stand a good chance of doing very well in both the quantitative and verbal sections of the exam as you mentioned in your post. I was only pointing out the fact that other variables should be factored in other than the exams result alone. I know you will dispute this fact by telling me that it was used in shortlisting candidates for the test, yes, we always believe in status quo. Granted that exams are used to separate best candidates from others, it does not always depict a positive correlation with job performance. That is why most multinationals place high premium on experience, precisely for EHs. I Applied as EH with Msc, but I am still of the opinion that relying on exam results ALONE for selecting EHs in all the stages of recruitment process will be counter productive in the long run.

Wait for the next stage. DPR have been recruiting before I was born. I don't think I know better than them.
