Can I sell my goods on eBay as a drop shipper ?

You can.

but personally I have not use eBay as Dropshipping platform because of their payment system.

For anyone interested in dropshiping especially in Nigeria. The best platform for you is Shopify and your payment gateway is paystack, presently it only works with naira currency, Ghana and Kenya dropshippers can use Ravepay.
To start One in Nigeria you should choose a unique products using Google trend research tool to select your product and find some reliable supplier from AliExpress telling them you want to dropship their products. Do you want to sell your own products or you need a supplier... If it's a supplier try AliExpress their products are relatively cheap

I don't advice, if you starting, to use shopify. reason is because they will require a valid charge back credit card with credit score. and if you use any Nigeria card or payoneer card. your store will be disabled.

so the best. is to register your domain name, host, install WordPress and Woocommerce. add paystack int., stripe and PayPal.

Please I would like to know, in registering for a payoneer account, should I register with a personal or merchant account.

I actually used VCC for the store, I think that's why they disable my account

you can also transfer from payoneer account to Nigeria dorm account.

you can transfer from PayPal to payoneer.

you can transfer from paystack to your dorm account or saving account.
