Sammy Ameobi scored today. In a couple days time, I will bring to you this week's report on Nigerians in the Championship

That will be good.

I couldn't make the Burton Albion Vs Ipswich game in my eagerness I over booked myself.

Oh yes I wanted to bring that to your attention earlier. But hey the Nigerians either side remained in bench. You would have regretted the trip...

Modified
And Adeyemi was not listed I think

They and Brazil are the only countries to win both trophies in the same year. Folks should watch out for the 3-Lions as from 2020. The combo of their present U-17 and U-20 will cause ripples in world football.
england is like Nigeria good at u-17and u-20 poor senior level

I think Rohr wanted a big player upfront in our coming games due to the gap we had in our qualifying group and he used that opportunity to look into Aaron Samuel. As long as Rohr checked, was not satisfied and dropped him, I am okay with that.
Well big player thanks to Ighalo and Iheanacho for doing d needful against Cameroon.

Looks credible from the translation. Funny no news on his progress since then (April 2017). How about the link of a loan move to a fourth division side.

That one be like oblivion oh -- can hardly be monitored. Hopefully he returns to Boavista youth soon and gets promoted.
Even Bamgboye I never included him in that list. Career not looking bright at the moment.

After I dug this out from archive this morning, owngoal.com are now making news out of it this evening claiming they have evidence of Deji's letter to Amunike in 2015. Pure lazy journalism by owngoal. Am appalled!!Just wanting to take credit where not deserved. Even refusing to acknowledge completesportsnigeria.com as source.

For clarity, Deji actually commented on a report on completesportsnigeria.com in 2015 where he made himself available to Amunike for selection.

A letter to Emmanuel Amunike 2yrs ago before the 2015 U17 Fifa world cup.

Deji is a patriot and must not be overlooked.

Hello.
My name is Deji Ousman Beyreuther.
I was born in Göttingen and played for Sparta Göttingen. Then i moved to Hannover and played for Tsv pattensen. My Trainer was Stefan Mertesacker, father of per mertesacker(german national player). Next i moved to Frankfurt because family reasons. Now i play for the Bundesligaclub Fsv Frankfurt. I was born on the 06.09.1999 and play for the u17 squad. I think its the right time for the nationalteam. My mother Heike Beyreuther is German and my father Lukman Oladimeji is Nigerian. I would like to participate in the Nigerian nationalteam and not the German because i love the Culture, the passion on the Field and my motivation is my uncle Mohammed Oladimeji Lawal who also played for the nationalteam. I am actually a defensive middlefielder but play left defender and feel more confident on this Position as i played there this season in which we successfully finished on the 1. place. I weigh 65 kilogram and I am 1,78 tall.
My strong foot is the left one but have almost the same qualities in pass and dribble and skill with the right. My role is as an offensive left defender who supports the offense with dangerous crosses and direct longshots. In my first season at Fsv Frankfurt i became captain because I give commandos and support my team to lead to success. I follow every match of the golden eaglets and think that my abilities will support this team.
I hope to hear from you soon,
kind regards,
Deji Ousman Beyreuther
