He is basically doing what my gf and i are about doing now (Adjustment of status). The difference is, He is paying someone for that process ( Which is illegal and can result in Marriage fraud which is an immigration offense. it is none of my business what people do but know that people do it).

To get your stay, you have to be a spouse of a Us citizen who makes enough money to file an alien petition for you (also known as green card).

If you are a single guy, why not come to the Us and make friends, see where that goes. There are several single ladies that will help you out without you paying them a Kobo (maybe they just want your loyalty and love and be responsible and be hard working).

In my subsequent post, i can advise you the type of ladies to stay away from. (If anyone asks)

Yes SSCE can get you admitted once you produce scratch card for online check. Undergraduate scholarship is hard to come by. I didn't get one. However, for graduate schools, they have so many full funded programs (MPHIL). Not even America, Caribbean!!!". i was unfazed. (you know that mentality when you don give up on Naija). I must leave o. Took my visa together with my admission letter and supporting documents, apply for transit visa, i got it. That was when people started taking me serious. so everyone rallied around and help yours truly with plane fare and some pocket change

Hello at OP, i want to ask a simple question.. will a person on a two year work visa/permit from Nigeria to usa be able to renew the visa or get a residency permit after the expiration of the contract (factory job).
am about to get into this, and was told it's $15/hrs job with accommodation.

Back, Earned my 80$ from my first job today. I leave for work at 5pm for my 2nd job. it just 3mins past 12pm so i get enough time to relax before then

Stay away from baby mamas especially with multiple baby daddies, those guys will always be in her life. Yes, You should be able to renew. Depends on the class of the work Visa. Just come to Yankee. Also, a long stay visa gives you ample time to figure things out on your own.
