The fact is Katsina is number 1 because they gave us the best empty vessel in their state as a president..(Buhari)... Zamfara is number 2 according to the latest poverty report.... Sokoto is number 3 because it is the home of alimajiris... That was where they signed the Alinajiri Bill (the politics of alimajiri) Overall, the north west and north east are the most developed in human capital...I repeat...
