laudate:stop this lie because I no one when I see it. there is no place like that in bayelsa. no one living in Bambo house. We are well place in term of living. I no you will rescindle with lies. So are you telling me that what we normally saw in Lagos are all lies, building school with bamboo on the water? From yenagoa to ogbia no place like that, from ogbia to nembe and from nembe to brass no place like that, even from yenagoa to southern ijaw no place like that . I will implode you to stop this your earning cheap point lie. I no you can't win this fight. showing Yoruba fact is like sending them on a suicide mission. |

AnambraDota: He is making more sense than you are. Hong Kong has a very high per capital income but a lot of people live in substandard apartments because of overcrowding but that doesn't mean they are not making enough money to live comfortably in other places. Lagos is facing a similar problem but with time, money and adequate planning the problem can be solved. 14 Likes 1 Share |

AnambraDota: Not true, the old parts of Ibadan and Oshogbo were built when your folks were still living in huts. The biggest percentage of the slum dwellers in Lagos are new migrants to the city. 13 Likes 1 Share |

ENG1110: Lagos poor eat from hand to mouth. From high cost of rentage to transport fare to foodstuffs, utility bills, after paying all these they still don't get clean air and clean running water. Lagos poor live to pay bills and boast of living in a city where they brag one room can pay for a duplex in other states. I hate Lagosians that always brag about them living next to development and civilization but die in silence. 1 Like |

Exclusive32:No sir, you are the one telling lies and dressing it up to look like the truth. You think Yenagoa the capital, represents the whole of Bayelsa? Guy, only those who have never been to the creeks of Bayelsa can believe this story you posted here. And for your information, I am not even Yoruba. I only live in Lagos. 18 Likes 1 Share |

AnambraDota:If the south east can boast of either of Iyana Ipaja and Agege then we will have less igbo's in Lagos. Iyana Ipaja is the equivalent of Rumokoro/ Rumoola in PH. You speak as if Iyana Ipaja et al are slums. You can't get a plot of land in Iyana Ipaja for 10M. Even a Flat in Jakande Estate goes for 8M naira, not to mention Gowon Estate, Shagari Estate etc. And you claim people staying there are poor. The road network of Alimosho can not be match by any of your state capital. Comparing Iyana Ipaja with up to 3 flyovers when some of your states are celebrating only one flyover. AnambraDota: If this is true why are there so many ibos living and working in Lagos, in the same type of houses you described here yet they build better houses in their "villages" in the east. Don't even try to deny this because I personally know a lot of ibos like that. 12 Likes 2 Shares |

PVision2020: AWADA AND NKPOR ARE AS DENSELY POPULATED AS IYANA IPAJA BUT WHAT SEPERATE THEM IS THE STYLE OF BUILDINGS AND STREET PATTERNS. IN AWADA AND NKPOR YOU RARELY SEE LESS THAN 2 STOREY BUILDINGS, 3 AND 4 STOREY ARE COMMON WHILE 5 ARE NOW BEING ADDED. AT IYANA IPAJA, TWO STOREY BUILDINGS IS JUST FEW BUT FACE-ME-I-SLAP-YOU BUILDINGS STYLE. I KNOW GOWON ESTATE BEFORE AYOBO, I KNOW ABESAN, AGEGE, IYANA IPAJA ETC DOES NOT DEPICT GOOD STANDARD OF LIVING |

Do you know Gowon Estate? its a 2&3 storey buildings in their Hundreds. Have you heard of Shagari Estate. guy if you are talking of storey buildings then we can only compare Iyana Ipaja with states in the east. lol 12 Likes 2 Shares |

Ebuka is truly pained. I can feel his pains, sorro and agony just cos of IGR. The broke painter once lived in one dilapidated house in Akute, most of these noisemaking cannibals are sufferhead in real life and even avoid the SE like a plague. But you will see them online ranting and beating their dry hairy chest. Pathetic 10 Likes 2 Shares |

PVision2020: HEHEHEH HEHEHEH HEHEHEH HEHEHEH HEHEHEH YOU DON'T HOW TO USE FIGURES, YOU NEVER TALK FESTAC NA GOWON. IYANA IPAJA IS WHERE MOST YORUBA THAT WORK IN THE TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY IN LAGOS LIVE. THEIR CONDUCTORS LIVE AT AGEGE. I USED TO LIVE AT EGBEDA. NO AREA IN LAGOS COME CLOSE TO AWADA AND NKPOR IN HIGH RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS, NOT EVEN WHEN YOU MERGE THE ENTIRE LAGOS AND MULTIPLY IT BY 10. AGEGE AND IYANA IPAJA ARE DOMINATEED BY FACE-ME-I-SLAP-YOU. ILAJE HAVE MOSTLY WOODEN MAKESHIFT HOMES. |
