For me it is Jigawa and Kebbi state. They have low crime rate.

For me it's Bornu, Plateau and Kano. Nobody has been attacked there in the past 100 years grin

actually, katsina and sambisa forest are the 1st and 2nd most peaceful regions in nigeria.

The fact is Katsina is number 1 because they gave us the best empty vessel in their state as a president..(Buhari)...

Zamfara is number 2 according to the latest poverty report....

Sokoto is number 3 because it is the home of alimajiris... That was where they signed the Alinajiri Bill (the politics of alimajiri)

Overall, the north west and north east are the most developed in human capital...I repeat... The most developed in human capital... Check it... They gave us Boko Haram, Fulani Herdsmen, Alimajiri and Buhari...
