I know that my packages sent to Specuit are total of 6 not 5 so upon seeing 5 here, I checked my whatsapp to see the dispatch notifications I sent to you guys only to discover I mistakenly left one out. I have just sent it now, it is an item that has been delivered 5-6 days ago. What I need to know is, if you will ship it tomorrow, regardless of the fact that you weren't furnished with the dispatch info. It has been sent to your whatsapp so kindly help to reconcile and update me.

There's no way to reach you if your only means of communication is WhatsApp; it's really difficult being on the field and trying to reach you if there's no direct line for communication. Two options have been presented to you: either you pick up or we deliver to your doorstep for FREE since you don't have an active line. Please work on this.

Without an active line, it's difficult making any delivery at all - and we wouldn't like to deliver to the wrong individual because that's a bigger problem. Kindly borrow a phone from someone to insert your SIM or be with someone we can call.
