Anal cancer is not as uncommon or peculiar to a particular set of people as you hv said earlier, having anal sex- a risk factor among many others doesn't mean everyone having anal sex will come down with anal cancer and it still doesn't mean anybody with anal cancer is having anal sex,
I've come across three cases of anal cancer two geriatric patients(men) and one female.i don't know but I don't think any of those patients are gay.

I have seen one other case of anal cancer in a gay man in my time as a doctor, trust me it is not pretty. Nature never intended this gay rubbish and punishes it severely. It's like smoking 10 packs a day or doing drugs, then asking 'what went wrong?' when cancer or AIDS strikes.
