Kindly ensure its supplies from the battery before cos that's very important for the Setup to workout or better still, take it to a radionic to checkout the power board to see if nothing has gone wrong on the board.

It's not the normal house wiring one this one is the flexible 12 AWG copper wire.

wat i did today was cut d anderson cable on my dc adapter in d middle to I can join anoda day. use anoda ups dat was powering from battery, d first ups wasn't powering from battry. I connected as u stated. Hehehehe am watchin my tv. But I want anoda battery. Will arange for dat.

I got the UPS, connected it to LifePo4 battery, used it for 30mins then next thing I saw was smoke coming from the wire that connected the battery to the UPS I touched d wire, wire, thing burnt me. I quickly disconnected and checked if any wire was bridging inside the UPS but everything was fine.
I connect just my laptop to the UPS, and FYI, the wires still get hot when nothing Is connected to the UPS.
AND also there are two customised fans inside the UPS(its the wire that gets Hot not the UPS)
PLS HELP!

If the wires of the ups are the ones getting hot ,it means you need to replace them with a higher wire gauge which is silicon based

I got silicon wires, same problem, I even tired connecting d battery directly to the UPS original black n red wires but still same problem
