Good to know...someone else that has used court affidavit as proof of marriage for Canada application can help poster torchlight the matter o.

Muslim marriage follows the Sharia Law and I want to believe that Sharia Law is recognized in Nigeria.

I am currently in the UK with my wife and I used Mosque certificate with Newspaper notification of change of name and court affidavit to prove that we are married and her visa was granted despite the fact that she came to join me.

I will only suggest you do court affidavit with the mosque certificate and you should be good to go.

When I log into my acct under the submitted application table, details column says "Your action is required" against my PR profile. However, there is no messages received in the acct nor an email from CIC stating the action required

The application details states your application is under process (can't see requirement for additional document or information)

Is anyone having a similar issue....

Im just confused because my masters is in personnel psychology which I've never use to work before but I know will give me extra marks than the HND but my more than tten years work experience has been with my HND and certifications. And my plan is to still continue in I.T when we eventually get to canada. That is why I'm seeking for opinion on which to evaluate with wes along with wife's PhD.

Nawao, is this for real? Is this Jamb abi GCE, buying IELTS result. He should just decline ITA jejely or his canny dream has ended for good. That is how in one forum that i belonged to, an Indian, Bangladesh or Pakistani guy ( cannot remember the country) sent me a private message that he heard that in Cameroun, they buy IELTS result and since i am from Nigeria i should confirm. Imagine the nerve. I told him that in Nigeria, English is our major Language and Nigerians excel in IELTS . I come advise the guy that he better face reality and prepare well for his exam before someone gba him of his hard earned cash. Needless to say i quietly exited the group.

Just let your friend know that even if he gets PPR, his papers will be resting on BC not knowing yet. The day they know, even if it is 30 years from now and maybe your friend is now a mayor of a small town in Canada, he is going to go down so badly he'll make Harvey Weinstein's downfall look like child's play.
