While I prefer that we have a team studded with players playing in top clubs in top leagues because it enhances the pedigree of our team, I always look forward to any player called upon to give a good account of himself in our national team irrespective of the league or club he plays for. I have my bias but I can't be biased against good performance. The way wey una dey talk like say na Buffon and De Gea don dey keep for us since....the Super Eagles quality goalies, were they having constant clean sheets? In fact, it was a TRADITION that we MUST collect at least one each game. Ezenwa was probably the first goalie that kept a clean sheet for us in a competitive game in years.
