hi.please kindly help out with this issue. our 2003 Honda EOD stopped moving,so we gave it a person to fix.he said it was the brainbox, that he needed to collect another one to trace the fault.now,he said he got another brainbox ,that rats ate the previous one and is now claiming a rather high amount. he said there is IBO brainbox and European. though the car is moving now,but are the claims he made true?I seriously doubt them.thanks in advance
|

fullman: replace ctalytic converter on both banks, also check lower exhaust system for blockage by the old burnt out catalyst. |

fullman:Don't be too eager to replace the cat of the cost. Check for exhaust leak first, cos exhaust leak around the cat monitoring sensor will trigger this code. 3 Likes |

Good morning Well done lovinhubby, well done Gazzuz Well done all knowledgeable guys helping others I use a 2002 Honda Baby boy. For a while now, over a year, the gear take some time to change, I believe it's between 1 & 2. For like 2 or 3 seconds, the rpm goes higher than its needed, you feel the car's speed not going higher, then there is a slight jerk as the gear moves to 2. This happens every time the car drops speed below gear 2 and has to pick up speed again. I've changed gear oil twice in the last one year. What do you think is the problem and solution? Also, the car fuel consumption seems to ne higher than it should be. Could this be the cause? A mechanic said there is dirt inside the geat box, that it has to be opened and flushed out. Thanks. |

Please how much is a sound engine and transmission for 2006 Honda Accord V6?Can there be at least 6months guarantee on it?? Am scared of these funny peeps here in Abuja whose specialty is in selling kazeem 's coupled engine and transmission as tokunboh engines. They also shamelessly give 3 days guarantee ONLY ; |
Re: Maintenance Tips For Honda Cars by luvinhubby(m): 2:54pm On Nov 09, 2017 |
Pernyu: The standard procedure is between 1 - 2 weeks guarantee within which to drive and make sure the engine is okay after which, you are on your own. |
