ariklawani: Kegel works only for girls that haven't given birth. After having a baby of 4kg, there is nothing kegel can do to help because the punnani will be too loose for kegel to redeem it. There are other exercises like inserting a tennis ball inside the viginal and try gripping it by doing kegel to make sure it doesn't fall out. 2 Likes |

Thank God for her life. Pls.next time tell her to always check the size of her baby and always be in diet . A pregnant woman shouldn't eat like Olosho as the consequences await birth time. Mau God bless our Mothers . 1 Like |

Not an easy task tho, but all that pain means nothing the moment you behold your baby, especially when he or she came out strong, healthy and bubbly. Mine was 4.5kg but had to sit on hot salted/dettol water for close to 2months and mum wont let me sit on any soft surface for the whole of my healing period. 1 Like |

GogobiriLalas: You write a funny sounding, controversial post then end it by issuing death threats cos you don't want to be confronted? lmao ![]() What on earth is manjina? Pussified, henpecked anyway? stop adopting foreign slangs of Americans who hate you and your fellow Africans. With regards to your post, violence towards anyone should be discouraged, male or female. It's a shame that as evolved as we are as humans, we still think there are 'plenty of reasons' to hit and assault others like animals rushing to fight each other instead of working out issues in a sensible and diplomatic manner. 2 Likes 1 Share |
