samsam2019: There you go again making wrong conclusions. The OP mentioned organisational structure in his analysis. The Pope does not go from parish to parish to conduct masses but these pastor do. Catholic is decentralised but the churches are centralised. 1 Like |

Private jet will land in same place as commercial jets.. They aren't faster or safer than commercial jet.... My best friend is an aero mechanic, I was marveled when he told me How much private jet owners spend in dollars daily at d hanger..... |

holybabayo: A pastor is not a levite, both words are clearly not same. The word 'Malachi is the name of an English Man. The in Hebrew it's not someone's name, it is ''Mal'akhiy" and this means "the prophets. Its a book for the levites and Malachi 3 vs 10 was specifically for the prophets who don't bring "the whole tithe" into the house of God. Only the levite brings food for the lords storehouse, not the people. *Are u trying to deny that Bible didn't mention payment of tithe to widows If u have any idea of what geneology is, you would know that every law about tithing was given by God in Deuteronomy n Leviticus and not in Malachi. Also sure u don't know that the levites/pastors should pay tithe. 2 Likes |

kiddapunk:Lol I completely disagree with you. The issue of cost is a relative issue and it appears to be the only difference but it is not very valid. Do you think God as mighty as he is would say 'hey you can have a Car but don't go near a Jet because it is expensive.' To Living Faith the Cost of running a Jet might be similar to the cost of running a bus by a growing Church. If Living Faith spends 1% of her budget on Air travel and A growing church spends 1% of her budget on land travel then what would you be blaming Living Faith for exactly? Now let me give you a theory. Let us go back 100 years behind when it was luxury to own a bicycle. Now imagine if a pastor came up to use a 504 car at that time which ordinary Nigerians couldn't afford they would have criticised that pastor too and claim that the cost of riding a car is more than the cost of owning a bicycle. The truth is most ppl criticise pastors for owning a jet because they know they may never have the opportunity to own one. Hence their hypocrisy would never have the opportunity to show. You think if they give anybody private jet here they would reject it because of cost?? |

@ife olaleye & @statsocial Sorry dudes, but your defence is at best pathetic! I say so because for once I decided to give freeze a listen on YouTube (his interview on sahara refers) and I must admit he is not insane after all. He went ahead to back the "facts" with scripture! I expected any defense whatsoever, I.e counter argument to follow suit with scriptural backing, but no, I see the duo of Garba Shehu and FEMI Adesina in you guys. @statsocial Why call someone you don't know and haven't met with "son of Lucifer"? Is that how much of a christian you are? Are u pointing me in the direction of the cross with such outburst? Please be civil. Let Christ Jesus be reflected in all we say and do. Please guys, next time , come out with a more robust defense, a wholistic one that addresses all the "facts" raised by freeze instead of just sticking to the private jet issue alone. Be sure I will be waiting to read. 3 Likes |

Statsocial:many of u still do not understand daddy freeze and Gis message. Daddy freeze has Neva been against owning a private jet if the wherewithal is there. He is against "tithe" , he is against false doctrine the pastors are using to exploit the people. He is against all manner of evil done in the church just to make the pastors comfortable. If not that the so called GO s lack shame, are they not supposed to have come out with Bible verses and truths to explain to us if the tithe doctrine is applicable or not? Malachi 3: 8-10 is the only scripture u hear with all manners of threats attached. Younger men who have taken time to study have come out to dispel their lies, instead of celebrating our freedom u guys are blaming freeze. Freeze is God sent..thank God even Paul adefarasin has also said the truth about the tithe. People are becoming wiser. I am highly disappointed that pastor Kumuyi who I consider to be deeply knowledgeable and upholds the truth has not told us the truth about tithe, he is the only Nigerian pastor I believe BT with tgis clarification from from freeze and Dr damina, I will personally write to kumuyi to explain himself 1 Like |

Mathew 26:7-13 A woman came to him with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume, which she poured on his head as he was reclining at the table. 8 When the disciples saw this, they were indignant. “Why this waste?” they asked. 9 “This perfume could have been sold at a high price and the money given to the poor.” 10 Aware of this, Jesus said to them, “Why are you bothering this woman? She has done a beautiful thing to me. 11 The poor you will always have with you,[a] but you will not always have me. 12 When she poured this perfume on my body, she did it to prepare me for burial. 13 Truly I tell you, wherever this gospel is preached throughout the world, what she has done will also be told, in memory of her.” The heart of a man is desperately wicked. Why are you so wicked to think a man of God that preaches the gospel of Jesus Christ that I know should be poor. You can't preach that gospel, lay your life for your sheep, fast, pray effectively for years and be poor. Even if you choose to be poor wealth will follow you. The prophet Isaiah prophesy this in Isaiah 2:2 In the last days, the mountain of the LORD's house will be the highest of all--the most important place on earth. It will be raised above the other hills, and people from all over the world will stream there to worship. Some of you don't have a clue into what the church will be in this last days. See let me tell you, men of God will be very rich, church will be very rich. Presidents of nations will run to church, people will seek the church. Wealth will move massively into the church. Every good andd God ordained denomination will experience this no matter where the church may be located. For some of you who think men of God live on tithe and offering. Ministry is a calling, if you are called and deliver the mandate God gave to you, you can't go hungry. I once lived with a man of God that has never collected salary from his church. But this man of God devoted all his life praying and fasting for the sheep and for the advancement of the kingdom for over 2 decades even till now. Now his converts and the people his prayer has worked for all round the world can not do without blessing him per day even if he says no. Once you are called and the oil of God is on your head, queen of shebba will bring gift even when you never wanted it. Wealth, money, gift will follow you. So first forget about tithe and offering if you really want to attack the wealth of a man of God. You should fight the oil on their head that makes their prayer to be answered for years and still counting. Check this bible verses Deuteronomy 8:18 - But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for [it is] he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as [it is] this day. Jeremiah 29:11 - For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Philippians 4:19 - But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Malachi 3:10 - Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that [there shall] not [be room] enough [to receive it]. 3 John 1:2 - Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. Psalms 128:2 - For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy [shalt] thou [be], and [it shall be] well with thee. 2 Corinthians 9:8 - And God [is] able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all [things], may abound to every good work: Psalms 1:3 - And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. 2 Corinthians 8:9 - For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich. Proverbs 28:25 - He that is of a proud heart stirreth up strife: but he that putteth his trust in the LORD shall be made fat. Zechariah 9:12 - Turn you to the strong hold, ye prisoners of hope: even to day do I declare [that] I will render double unto thee; Job 22:23-27 - If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles. (Read More...) Luke 6:38 - Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. Deuteronomy 28:1-14 - And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe [and] to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: (Read More...) I think the massive ignorance on the part of some promoters and supporters of this ABHORRENT and SATANIC passion for luxury is a factor. 1 Like |

Kunlenoni:this is quite funny The Catholic church is not a tithe collecting church, the Nigerian Catholic church only recently allowed members to pay tithe because some members wanted to be more like pentecostals. Even at that, the tithe is optional. If you wan pay you pay, if not, no one will even notice. It is not a criteria for membership or for marriage or funerals in the church or any other form of blackmail pentecostals adopt to make people pay tithe ECWA is another church where tithes are optional 3 Likes |

I have nothing against owning a private car or a jet my only problem is the personalised nature of the ministries you cited these great men of God don't need to be everywhere or travel everywhere check the scripture even the apostle paul wasn't everywhere there should be division of labour anoint men and women to carry the torch to all the ends of the world it doesn't have to be a one man thing and to your question the difference is that a car belongs to an individual but a jet in most cases belongs to the ministry it is not only the general overseer that uses it |

Statsocial: But it's their calling to endorse the stealing politicians when they come to them. Christianity involves everything good. Moses fought an oppressive leader to a standstill and so many other prophets liberated the people of God for bad leaders e.g the story of Saul and David etc. We Christians in Nigeria always look for ways to absorb out pastor for any fault which is a shame. We try justify any off their actions. They misbehave, we say after all they are humans. But when Somebody is bold enough to speak against them, all of a sudden they are anointed man of God. Pls take a stance goddammit. So if u feel it's not the calling of the church as an organization to economically empower anybody, how about giving back to the people as much as they receive from them? Atleast that was what Jesus was about, preaching salvation and giving to the people without taking nothing no matter the denomination u are from or ur faith. These we hardly see these days all the do is preach prosperity and take and take from the people giving back little or nothing, all in the name of running the church. If I may ask, Who is the church? The people is the church, not a building, not a man standing at a pulpit. Try imagine hospital and social amenities in place of majority of these churches we have littering the country, do u know how better life wld have been? Despite the number of churches we have in Nigeria, we are still plague with bad leaders and backwardness. This alone shows we lack God in our midst. Because the Bible said in his presence all will be well. Imagine the amount of money that leaves the economy into the church and not giving anything back to the economy? Pls we should learn to practice Christianity right. Imagine the leaders of these mega churches decided to speak against the ills we are experiencing in terms of bad leadership, with the number of people they hold sway over, tell me that won't impact the the country in a positive light. Do u know y dey don't do it? Because they are cowards afraid of persecution because of the good things of life. Which is far from been Christlike. Pls I no fit write because no matter the episode, a typical Nigeria christian wld always be one. 2 Likes |

Is it the state of the country that is affecting people's thought pattern? I don't like Daddy Freeze but your post just made me like him a little. When a private jet costs almost 1000% more than a car. Please why do they need to travel upandan when they have the internet to preach to people. Must you be present? Do you know what 4.2 billion naira is and can do to the lives of others? VcStunner:What is shameful about saying the pope uses a private plane? Did I under any circumstance imply he wasn't head of state? But let me now give you my opinion. The Vatican is a country although not accepted into d UN. Most of the pope's travels are for religious functions. His official addresses to Congresses and State houses are just by the way side. So It is easier for you to justify the pope use of plane as a clergyman than as head of state. |

[quote author=Statsocial post=62037933] The heading reads "what is the difference between a Private Jet and a Private Car" - that was a question and implies that I am seeking knowledge from you so If you have an answer lecture me instead of giving me needless lectures about Wisdom and Knowledge. Actually private does not necessarily mean personal(to one individual). For instance I know one of the Living Faith Private Jets is stationed at Abuja(Missions HQ)for the use of the 1st Vice President(Bishop Abioye). The Church Hangar at MMIA is dual meaning it can only house two Jets at a time so I presume the remaining one is stationed at Europe or NAmerica by leaders of the Church in those places. Lol since you are the son of lucifer you should be more worried about ur father's failing kingdom than killing yourself over the Church of Christ. **so far no one has answered my question rather they keep ranting and blabbing about how the write up broke their hearts answer the question Blaady Hypocrites!! If any of you don't sell your Car, give the money to Orphanage then join everyone in Using BRT then you are not ...........** By the way the day you see any Church buy yacht(which is exclusively luxury) then call me I would come and criticise them. But for private jet I have no issue whatsoever.[/ you are on point brother, actually, if you can afford private jet, it is not unrighteousness to buy it, neither it's a criminal offence. If you can afford it, anybody can buy it] 1 Like |
