Typical African mentality. Na them holy pass and na them behavior worse pass. Not drinking too much water b4 bed time, passing urine b4 going to bed and setting alarm clock to wake up at certain hours to pee helps a great deal.
Those are some of the advice psychiatrist give to people with such problems, they are measures taken to bring about possible solution
