As a group of friends working on web design as freelancing hub who are not living in the same area,what are the tools or app they are expected to have or be using to be keeping in touch on a project and for storing their which any of the group member can have access to?

Also get a cloud storage service if you'll be dealing with large files.

Slake, trello and pivotal tracker. If u code then 'github' will be a great tool but ofcourse u have to learn 'git'
