22months,you really tried ma. have you tried rubbing bitter cola or aloa vera on your tips? they said it worked wonders. God just helped me in weaning my boy. he took care of my fears.

Avocado should not be cooked
If you want to give your baby avocado puree, simply scoop the avocado and mash in a plate for your baby to eat

look for the red acalypha flower. Boil the leaves and mix the water with your son's bath water.

Was skineal prescribed by your baby's dermatologist? Skineal is for adults. Stop using it on your baby's skin.

The acalypha flower is a very common plant. Some people plant it to decorate the front of their houses. I'm quite sure you must have seen it before only you didn't know the name of the plant and it's medicinal uses.
Ask around or you can buy from the herb sellers.
Google for red acalypha images so you have more views of what it looks like.

Plz those formulas for lesser amounts like My boy 1400, Lactogen 1550. Does it mean they have lesser nutrients when compared to Nan 2100, Sma gold 3300 and all other expensive formulas.. Abeg I want the best for my son, I no go wan settle for Lactogen but yet my baby is lacking a lot of nutrients. Thank you all.

Mine stays 2weeks+ sef... so long as it is EBF, all is well ma.

Please mama that have use onion peels, can i boil plenty of it and keep warming for bath or i have to add the peel to lo bath water everyday

Not necessarily.
You'll have to do this assignment yourself.
When next you go shopping for baby milk, check the nutritional information and compare. You can take pictures too and we'll compare together.
At the end of the day, each brand has its own secret weapon: could be additional trace elements, more vitamins, presence of probiotics, less sugar, most like breastmilk, size of the tin, quality of the container.

Mamas good evening. Please my son has NLA. I don't know the name in English oh. But just understand that its that stuff that peels the skin of a child and makes it look redish especially areas like his private part and his armpit. Please what measures do you suggest I take?. I have been rubbing him all this antifungal, antibacterial and antiinflammatory(Triple action) creams like Skineal but the thing still dey there but I guess it just made the stuff not be peppering him so much cos he doesn't cry when you touch the affected areas

you can use tribotan cream,that's what I am using for Dara and its effective.

Today's breakfast. For the whole family.

Oats with raisins and banana.

Add raisins either whole or chopped to oats before cooking.
Add chopped / sliced bananas after cooking.

Add milk

Serve.

Great for the whole family. No need for sweeters.

For babies under 1 year, chop raisins before adding or blend afterwards if required - add formula

For babies above 1 year - you may want to chop the raisins before adding add mormal full cream milk.

For older children and adults, whole raisins are fine. Normal milk, you can also add a spoon of ground flaxseed to make itn extra healthy

After 2 days I took him to the hospital, they checked him, and told me he is fine. Checked his weight and he's 11.5kg at 10 months. They assured me the boy is fine

Now, he won't take food from me o
Dh tried once he took maybe 3 spoons
It's been a week and he's not had any solid food
His creche nanny says he collects food willingly without issues from them (I only pack cereals for him)
But once were home the boy won't send
All he will take is breast and small formula, like 60mls

I fooled baby into for him with enough fish and crayfish, made very soft and fluffy semo the boy took a few and started playing with the soup

I try to give him bread so he can at least have something in his belly
He has lost weight. And I'm so tired

Abeg any tips?

Lactogen is good
I used it in the early days but my son consumed Nan 1 more so we went back to Nan 1

Is he eating well at d creche?
If yes, u can Ask them to do a video of one of his meal sessions at the creche and show u so u can see what they are doing differently..
U never really know
