I have not personally used the miuipro ROM yet but I understand it's based on miui with a lot of customisation and tweaks here and there, an example is the iOS styled status bar while EU is based on miui also but is stripped down to the barest minimum a good example is the absence of Google apps and all those bundled apps which is usually bundled with miui global ROM.
