As soon as I saw this i quickly dressed up and headed to the hospital, the doctor said I should buy sudocream and I've done that already..although I asked him about cacatin buy he insisted on sudocrea, like play like play I've spent 2k on nappy rash cream, I'm not crying oooo you people should stop peeling onion... 2000 naira= NAN1

I don't even put it in his creche bag make them no finish my money on top 1 diaper change, when he's running poo I don't use it, I switch to vaseline. Once the rash clears, keep it for future use
