I killed this Monitor Lizard in my snail farm this morning. And am wondering if it is big enough to be eaten.

So, how did it taste?

Snail farming is hard. Most of the ones I reared escaped. I don't know how they did it but I saw their numbers dwindle so much I had to eat the little which remained for fear they'll escape. Red flies also killed a lot of them. I've never come across those flies until I started a snail farm. With the venture over I still haven't seen a red fly since then.

Wow.....@the monitor lizard!
I can't even handle a 2 inch lizard let alone something as huge as that lizard!! It looks like a baby crocodile.....
It's really frightening looking and I saw on the food section how it seems to be an enjoyed treat....
Anyhow, I was curious about "snail farming".
Could you explain that a little bit to me....and tell me why you wanted to go into that area of farming (if you don't mind)?
I'm just curious cause I've never heard of it before?
