The irony of life is that around this time last year, LVO was being prayed/wished for just like Ottawa of today while petitions were being written against Ghana VO.
Suddenly, d tables turned and lvo is now dreaded.
So let all of us know that no one knows tomorrow and no one can predict cic.

Even if you are in LVO today, dont be discouraged and dont panic on account of all these issues so long as u were thorough and truthful in your submissions.
Even if u get ADRs, address it properly and fully in your response.
Your ppr will come in its due time by God's grace.

Just few months back when I started following this thread, some people were praying for LVO today nko??

Shebi CIC even answered y'all when you asked to know your VO, maybe they will answer me tomorrow sha, all I know is that I got PPR in less than 3 months post AOR.

Good evening, l am presently trying to deal my ECA with WES.I faxed my OOU cert to WES which was acknowldged and l was expecting WES to send verification mail to school only for me to get an update on my profile that transcript has not been received.
I havr read here from Elders that did ECA with WES from WES without sending trabscript.

Please what do l do? Has anyone that used OOU experineced this?

I am just tring to avoif the OOU 50k and the delay OOU is known for?

It's not like it's a confirmed theory , we have just discovered that majority of people with uk history, wether they got the visa or not most times get LVO.


Better you submit schedule A upfront. It's sometimes not requested even with history of past visa refusals. It depends on officer reviewing your file.
Let me give u real case scenarios.
I and my Bestie did dis cana waka together.
We both had uk refusals in the past...

Apparently, a majority of applications transferred to LVO were denied a Visa at one point in their life. Honestly, it is not 100% conclusive, but based on simple narration, it appears Visa denial may be one reason. Another reason may also be long involvement or contractual involvement with entities in the United Kingdom. That’s may also be another theory. Which ever the case, LVO is know for thorough review of applications.

Schedule A is not necessary for Visa denial. In fact Schedule A is primarily for personal history of addresses for 10 years and the reason why people get Schedule A as ADR is because they have observed gaps while you were filling in your personal history.

There is a Statutory Declaration form where you swear and that is where you are asked if you have ever been denied a visa. If you choose No and actually the answer is yes, that’s a serious offense and may attract a 5 year ban on all Visa classes in the future.

If you have been denied a visa in the past, state the reason, the type of visa (student, tourist or medical visa), the date you were denied (if you can remember) and if possible the attached the letter of denial to your application on the LOE row.

SMH - For LVO to ask you for updated POF means they already have concerns with the POF you previously submitted. In fact, if LVO request for ADR from you, they have concerns and they want you to clear their doubts.

Why would you advise this person to do this? Would you do the same? Have you ever received an ADR from LVO before? I know of someone who submitted POF and claimed he sold land, they asked him to go and get the land deed and the person is still searching for land deed.

Why would you advise someone to do what you won’t do.

Its your boy again o! Are you saying I cant show sale of landed property as inflow for POF, because that's exactly what I intend to use. See below documents I have, note I don't have a CofO. Which should I include? Or is land sale a risky POF altogether?

- Bank transfer to Original seller.

Just give them some days to upload the cert and surely It will be b4 the end of the week.

@PefHouse: you should be cool with the evidences you have highlighted. I believe one should be fine even with just the documents showing transaction with NEW buyer.

Thanks so much threadstone. Wife is not happy at all with the simulated crs score. Like you suggested, I've started reading the PNP option. It seems every province has their own unique requirement and application process.
Also learnt from reading through the PNP, the option of getting immigration lawyer in Canada to follow this PNP route. What do you think about this?

I kindly request the elders' thoughts on the following:

1. I want to rearrange the names of my kids on their birth certificates and passports, ie make their first names middle names. I applied to SINP for the PNP points and I want to know whether it will be in order to do effect the names rearrangements before ITA (as their passports will be expiring soon)

2. Can I use a different NOC from the one I used to apply to SINP when I want to put in my application post ITA? (though the NOC is very similar and in the same job family)

3. Perchance I retake IELTS and have a higher score that lands me an ITA before SINP's nomination falls through, can I go ahead with that direct ITA and ignore the SINP nomination?

4. If my Employer's Offer Letter doesn't contain my job role but reflects only the level on which I was employed on Eg. Offer Letter says he is employed as an ASSISTANT MANAGER but did not say he is an HR ANALYST. If Employment Reference Letter now reflects the HR ANALYST job role only, hope it will not be an issue for the VO?

5. When exactly is the right timeline to do PCC (Alagbon runz) and Medicals in advance after clinching ITA? Does ALAGBON RUNZ take time and cumbersome?

Hello, I am not sure if you have gotten a response yet but you will need to print the tax details by logging on to lasg website and using the id on the card to get all your tax payments. It is this print out that will be forwarded to the visa office as ADR.

I don't know if things have changed but my husband's certificate was verified by OOU and the ECA was finalized with just that. The transcript got there long after we had received his ECA report.

Try to get someone in admin, records to respond to the WES mail. All the best.

1.) I believe either of the two will work, but you might want to take caution in having the signatures on the ID and the letter match.

2.) When you request for EOR, you are given a copy of your bank draft or a printed receipt which you are to take back to process your refund should your score increase. You may want to insist on having the printed receipt instead of the draft's copy though. Once you have an upgrade, just take the evidence (draft or receipt) with you when you go pick your TRF, your refund will be processed but then we recently learnt it takes 3 to 5 weeks to get the refund once initiated.
