isn't on my brother's Jamb DE portal for now but I think Jamb will upload it soon because DE admission list also go through them.

accepting the admission doesn't mean you have been admitted
it simply means your name has been successfully forwarded to jamb by your school for further processes
then jamb will now have to cross check and then send the admission list to your school for them to release it to the public
so you have to wait till when your school releases admission list to the public

Until you pay your school acceptance fee before youll be able to print out your jamb admission letter.

So not true... Many people have printed, despite the fact that the admission portal for their respective schools have not been opened. You need the letter for admission screening so it doesn't matter when you print it.
