My diploma is in french language studies (DELF) pls can it be evaluated by WES?

Was this a diploma obtained after a series of courses in a college or just the seasonal courses from Alliance Francaise? If it's the latter, then unfortunately you can't. WES won't evaluate that as additional degree.
If you know French well enough however, you can test the waters with TEF and see if you can have that as second language to boost your CRS.

Hello house, please I need guidance on completing my WES registration online. I would like to know the best options of payment from Nigeria. I have a USD account/card and a GTB naira account also but there are no options for debit cards. Guys please how did you do yours?
You should be able to use either your GTB dollar card, if you have one, or your GTB naira card. I think some have used the GTB naira card without issues, as long as you don't exceed the monthly limit.

Thanks, does it mean I would be choosing credit card as my payment option?

For those that intend to go for ielts remark. I suggest you nairabet your ielts results ohh by circling all four or at least 3 components, because one at least will change. Your 15k can not come and go and enter voice mail ohh after a whooping 68k paid.

I circled LRW(8/7/6.5) but none was upgraded.

Exactly what I told her I read online somewhere. But she wants to know if it is 15 points earlier added to her from the CRS ranking that they will remove. I don't have firsthand info as I haven't created a profile yet.

Hello Newmum0615, I don't have details for SINP since I didn't try to explore that option but for Manitoba PNP, there are some risk factors which include:

Schooling in another province
Work in another province
Relative settled in another province etc.

These factors reduce as much as 100 points, not sure for which now. The thing is one can have as much as 200 points for having a close relative in same province (Manitoba in this case).

Please advise your colleague to read the requirements on SINP site as requirements could be different there.

Cheers ma.

You can use gift deed before or post ITA....
A lot of people on this thread have used gift deed post ITA and have already recorded success on their applications

Thanks smslive2.

So the bank statement is not necessary if you have gift deed?

Just as a follow up, we didn't need to get any contact in the provost's office to assist to speed this up as ECFMG apparently verified the medical certificate online with the school somehow (I don't know how) and they have updated the verification to PASSED in a little over a week. So OOU is not all bad afterall.

sleekchic:
Good morning everyone, I have been a silent reader for sometime now, tried to read most of the posts from page 0 and I must say I feel very knowledgeable already. Thank you all so much.

My question is my husband is a doctor and the principal applicant, his physicianapply's portal now says ECFMG has sent his certificate for source verification. Pls is there any OOU doctor in the house that can direct us on how to get the school to respond promptly, is there anyone we need to talk to, and fees we need to pay the school? Please any help will be grately appreciated.

Secondly, his job title is MEDICAL OFFICER, and works for the Primary health care board Lagos. Which NOC is that please? I only saw MOH in the list and general practitioner. I am a little confused about that. Pls assist.
Thanks in advance

Choose the credit card option and just use your GT Naira Card. As long as you've not used up your monthly limit, it should go through.

With your profile (Marital status, Age, Level of degree-BA, 3 years work experience and CLB 9), your score should be 429 and not 441.

Good day All,

I have a friend asking.

Please has anyone successfully done WES credential evaluation for ACEONDO (for PA or spouse). I believe the school has an affiliation to OAU hence their degree certificates are issued in the name of OAU.

Thanks

Well said... You couldnt have summarized it any better. Coz when one thinks about the future of our children and at the same time look at the present state of our country, it gives us the courage to jump through all the hurdles in this Canny race

TEECANN:

Smslive,

Lolz at your comment....but on a serious note, from people that I interacted with on IELTS days, most people (especially young people with growing families) earning good pay (cos you wont even be doing this PR hustle in the first place if you re not averagely okay financially- should we start naming the costs? grin) are really NOT running away from their jobs but most are jumping the Nigerian ship that is obviously sinking.

Most people will miss their good jobs and the good pay (at least in the short term) but the question that will always remain to be answered is:

"If I stay back in this country compared to if I take the opportunity to leave to re-start my life and that of my kids. What will our lives look like 10 years after, in both environments?"

It's looking gloomy for most people born in the 70s and early 80s era hence the fight is for our children's future, to place their destinies in environment where their merit, creativeness and brilliance will be appreciated, polished and given the necessary rewards deserving! and most people including myself are ready to forgo the nice and good pay to give these kids that opportunity. Our careers most often are secondary, in the next 5 to 10 years in Canada, we would have caught up again with colleagues left behind in Nigeria on all fronts, pay inclusive!

Cheers man.
