Furthermore, if you’re caught having sex publicly, according punishment will largely depends if you’re having sex in a place that is less likely to be seen by the public. Admittedly, I could have properly written the initial statement that public sex is punishable in the UK “if” it is done in a location that can easily be accessed by the public. The lack of addendum or proper wording thereof should not in itself constitute to a deliberate attempt to lie.
