Dmedalion: Awesome bro. It'd be nice also for you to give detailed steps you applied when unrooting SuperSU, for some of us here who are either using SuperSu Pre-Rooted MiUiPro ROM OR MiUi Original SuperSU Rooted ROM. Thank you. |

Dmedalion:Yes, there is a toolkit for Redmi note 4x too and other devices, but doesn't work for everyone for some reasons. |

gykes: No wahala Bro... But just in case something goes wrong, do download and keep the lazy flasher zip file safe in your internal/external storage. |

Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by Gptech(m): 11:18am On Nov 08, 2017 |
Dmedalion:Miui has no problem with supersu, as GrandMufti said, if you just update via OTA, you become fully unrooted. |

Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by gykes(m): 11:26am On Nov 08, 2017 |
Gptech: And the confusion begins... When 2 ogas (Gptech and Kstan) are in disagreement over lazyflasher, lemme just wait till they come to an agreed conclusion. But I saw 2 checkboxes for "keep force encryption" and "keep dm-verity" respectively in Advanced settings of that Magisk manager pic posted by Dmedalion. Seems there's a way to get past android/xiaomi security checks in Magisk. |
Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by gykes(m): 11:28am On Nov 08, 2017 |
Gptech: In other words, the lazyflasher thingy affects only Mido? |
Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by Gptech(m): 11:32am On Nov 08, 2017 |
gykes:Hahahahahahahaha, no confusion, just speaking from experience, had my Redmi note 4x rooted some months back, saw different methods, bricked phone more than 5 times before trying the lazy flasher ish. What I gathered was that some persons were able to flash supersu without needing lazy flasher before a particular version of miui 8 was released. 2 Likes |

Dmedalion:How can I get this Icon packs? If possible the theme name. I am aware you make use of MiUipro, I just want to know if I can get the above icon pack/theme to work on stock MiUi. |
