BC with their ways... Maybe you go to their office with documents Elfmann listed that you have. You just might be pleasantly surprised with an upgrade plus you wouldn't even know if you don't go. The upgrade as it is now carry weight pass the 15k refund.

In my case, I also received an email from Abuja BC that my EOR response was ready and should visit their office for the new TRF.
I wasn't told the outcome in the email. Getting to BC, I collected my TRF and had upgrades in Writing & Speaking (I had chosen to remark all modules).
Also, the envelope containing my TRF had the needed forms to apply for refund and I simply did there and then.
I guess it's their modus operandi in Abuja.

Hi please can you expantiate on this. Someone actually told me too that he didn't apply for transcript that after sending his certificate to Wes, they only sent the verification mail to school which was replied and after that he got his report.
In any case, I sent my certificate way earlier but Wes didn't send any verification mail until they had received my transcript, which is the case with many people here.

don't try that. Your money fit enter voicemail. wait till WES notifies you that they have sent the verification to UNN, before you proceed to pay for verification. At all times, ensure you indicate your WES reference number! very important, be it for UNN itranscript portal or iVerification portal.

as for email address.. inshort I think I would come back to this, would post a detailed narrative(hopefully with screenshots) on how to go about UNN iverification for WES cos it is quite easy to miss the vitals.

pls check if d no of hours worked per week was filled in correctly,I had a similar issue I observed I was awarded a lesser point der as against d crs tool so I checked n realised I had filled in hours per day instead of per week,I hope this helps
