Danielnino00:this looks like an everyday polo, nothing like a Jersey. The diamond shape sef is reminiscent of the designs on a sweater. I don't like it Argentina's jersey looks no different from how it always looks. Same old, same old Colombia, nice, I mean, when you don't factor in the power rangers thunder bolt on it Japan, I like the color, not sold on the design. It's decent though Russia, angle is not too clear, looks plain sha Germany, easily my best. Love the abstract shape on it Can we have ankara on ours? Like Ghana had kente on the collar of theirs. Still love that 2014 jersey |

I’ve come to stay in the Super Eagles, says Chidiebere Nwakali By Abidoye Babatunde - November 7, 2017 49 0 Newly invited Super Eagles’ midfielder Chidiebere Chijioke Nwakali, has said he’s determined to continue to strive harder to ensure he receives further call-ups to the team. The on-loan Manchester City of England midfielder, who spoke exclusively with AOIFootball.com in Rabat after the team’s first training session, said he was excited about the amazing opportunity and hopes it won’t be the last for him. “First and foremost, I must give thanks to God Almighty for this wonderful opportunity and also to the Super Eagles’ Coach Gernot Rohr. “The aim of every youngster is to play for his National team and mine is no exception; the chance given to me by the coaches shows how much I must continue to strive hard to try to remain with the Super Eagles. I know it will be very difficult, but I believe I am up to the task,” Nwakali said. The 20-year-old Sogndal of Norway player also praised the mood in the Super Eagles’ camp, while admitting that it was very easy for him to settle with the team despite been a first-timer. “I must admit the atmosphere is electrifying and all the players are ready to deliver come Friday and we promise not to disappoint Nigerians. “Settling down was very easy for me, because I know some players at youth level, but generally all players have been friendly to me and we are all ready for the games against Algeria and Argentina,” Nwakali concluded. The midfielder will be hoping he earns his first senior cap on Friday night in Constantine. --AOIfootball 2 Likes |

komekn: I have been liking your analyses up until this very post. I am sorry my friend, but you are starting to sound bias and prejudiced. It seems to me like anything English for you is the best. Newcastle, Valencia, Benfica, Sevilla & PSV Watch Ex-Flying Eagles Skipper Published: November 07, 2017 Newcastle, Valencia, Benfica, Sevilla & PSV Watch Ex-Flying Eagles Skipper Ex-Flying Eagles skipper Abdul Ajagun will be hoping that he did enough to impress scouts of top European teams that watched him action last weekend against Mechelen. Scouts in Attendance is reporting that scouts representing Newcastle United, Valencia, Benfica and Sevilla ran the rule over the top talents on both teams, including Burkinabé wonderkid Hassane Bandé, who tallied his ninth goal in eleven games against Ajagun's team. PSV Eindhoven Director of Football Marcel Brands was also among the 12,553 spectators at AFAS-stadion Achter de Kazerne (Mechelen), and monitored Ajagun for 61 minutes before he subbed out. The former Dolphins star has been one of the most important players for Kortrijk since his arrival as a free agent in the summer, starting all their fourteen matches in the Belgian First Division so far. Kortrijk are struggling in the league but Ajagun's career is back on track after ending his association with Panathinaikos. The attacking midfielder is contracted to Kortrijk until June 30, 2019. Tammy Abraham: 'I turned down Nigeria in hope of England call' Swansea City loanee Tammy Abraham has admitted that he turned down Nigeria in order to pursue an international career with England . The Chelsea striker, who is currently on loan at the Liberty Stadium, recently earned his first call-up to the England squad under Gareth Southgate and has since admitted that he rejected overtures from his parents' country of birth in hope of representing the Three Lions at senior level. "They [Nigeria] did try to roll out the red carpet and it was flattering but I was pretty set on England," said Abraham, according to the Express . "I see myself as being a long-term England player. That is where my main focus is and I am 100 per cent focused on trying to get into that team." Abraham could potentially feature for England over the next week, as Southgate's men take on both Germany and Brazil in friendly preparations for next year's World Cup in Russia. https://amp.sportsmole.co.uk/football/nigeria/news/abraham-i-turned-down-nigeria_311297.html °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° The bolded made me chuckle. A so called giant of Africa belittled by a small boy. Yet people want us to go cap in hands to beg individuals like this to come play for us. When there's no apparent talent drain back home. lol Dude had a choice and he made his choice. He was saying things simply as it was, until the NFF/Pinnick comes out to say the did not actually "roll out the carpet" on him. Nigeria giant of Africa? Why do we like to deceive ourselves?? If his mind was set on England. So be it. Next time we (Pinnick) need to be smart about our approach and what we say to the media. calling a spade a spade. Modified I posted this same story yesterday. Paste the entire statement from Tammy goldfish80: 1 Like |
