You need to just relax and hope for the best and speedy ppr.... Your case is still too fresh to worry about.. Keep yourself busy... Have been on na2 since july 24th...do the math... Your case could be different and your ppr could be soon.. Buh dont bother them yet... It would all fall into place by Gods grace

Anyone know how long it normally takes to get a PCC from the USA if you’re requesting for it from Nigeria?

Approximately how long does it take for the whole ECA thing to be complete through WES?

Answer to question 1 is: A lifetime!!! angry

It sure feels like it since I applied for hubby and me since August 14th. I advise you to apply now to FBI CJIS even before you start WES and the rest. Coz you'll be getting it in February 2018.

Hello, My wife has a similar issue and it has really left me worried. I searched online for people who had similar issues and how they managed it. I learnt conducting medical tests for a pregnant woman should actually be her choice to make, considering the risk that comes with exposure to x-rays. Its generally said that a protective shield can be worn for a pregnant woman to protect the baby while the test is carried out. However, most medics would vehemently refuse to carry out an x-ray for a pregnant woman.

The question is :

1. Would the hospital where you would take the x-ray have the "protective shield" to protect your baby?
2. Would the medic be willing to carry out the test even when you oblige to taking the test considering the inherent risk?

Seniors in the house,

Our passports were delivered to Accra on Monday 30th October, 2017 for stamping.

But I haven't heard any updates from them.

How much does it take Accra to stamp Visas on the passports?

Thanks

For me, this is the 5th week. I got the approval at the dot of the 4th week. Waiting for PUM so that I can collect my passports.

Dear London Gang, I've been invited to Trafalgar Square for a chat and the interview is a month away. I just logged in and saw a new message. Thought it was RFV but it was a Request for an Interview. Now my CIC account can rest from frequent checking.

I am sure we met there. If it was in Lagos that is.

It's in God's hands now. I was quite nervous. I can only hope for the best.

On Nov 1, my status changed from application in progress (ip1) to we are processing your background check(ip2). Then yesterday it changed to Not applicable. What does this mean.

Its kind of weird to me because people normally go from ip2 to ppr and I have no idea why mine didn't go that route. Was expecting to get PPR today but its already end of the day and nothing showed up. Any thoughts?

Are you CEC?

Alternatively you can get a virtual card here https://getbarter.co/# (but there rate high small o) That what I used because I didnt want to leave the office, buy $ from aboki then load my dom account. I gave the details to ICES and they charged the card

Draws may now happen weekly.

With more candidates set to be invited over the coming months and years, IRCC will have to either perform larger draws, in which more candidates would be invited to apply, or perform more frequent draws
