Thank you very much, my broad!

That and also know the limits of our discussions here. Sometimes some of us act like once we can win the argument here, that it would change something in the team. Frankly, I don't think that Rohr would come to NL web forum to gauge our temperature before making his team selections or before inviting people to the camp. I mean, I don't see Rohr going "hmm ... these fans think that John Ogu is better than Mikel Agu, so next time I would play Ogu instead of Agu."

I know you get the gist!

O pari

It's hilarious the way you put it. I doubt if he'd come to nairaland but he did say in the interview he granted to L'equippe magazine shortly after our qualification that our press put a lot of pressure on him but that he's in charge now.
We are just here to indulge our passion jare. Football is sweet when mixed with talk but I get your call for balance and not to take things overboard. I also have often sounded out that note.

Algeria Coach Madjer Blast – Nigerian Team Is Full Of Bench Warmers Bar Arsenal Iwobi

Newly appointed coach of Algeria national team Rabah Madjer has hit out at the Nigerian team who his team will be facing on Friday in a dead rubber World Cup 2018 Qualifiers tie.
Speaking to the press in Algeria, Madjer who was not in charge of the team when they suffered a 3-1 loss to Nigeria in the reverse tie played in Uyo said the Nigerian team has many players who don’t get to play for their European clubs..
” I have studied the Nigerian team, apart from Iwobi, every other player is mostly a substitute for their team in Europe , but that doesn’t mean they will not be at the level to face us”, Madjer said.
” The game against Nigeria is not a friendly match for me, to me it’s the first game of the qualifiers for the 2018 African Cup of Nations in Cameroon”.

it is not the same thing at all.

Listen to Leon, he had never said anything that could be taken as disrespectful to Germany, at all. Even Deji in all his interviews has never said anything to disrespect Germany. The likes of Dele sef did not insult us the way Tammy did.

Imagine saying "They were willing to roll out the red carpet....." And that is just the least of many.

Bros, there is a saying that goes "it is not what is said that hurts someone, rather it is how it is said"

When you and Joebie realise that, all this defense will reduce.

You raised a very cogent point about his utterances which sound demeaning to our national pride. Sincerely, I will be appalled hearing this but let's just not forget he is still a young man and prone to mistakes, pls note this is not in his defence. There is room for remorse and the Zaha way if he later sees things differently. Let's not dispose both the baby and the bathwater....Hope the source isn't from Naija media oh!? we read what we want and pick what we want, and believe what we want as well. I can post the entire quote of the boy that said day and draw a different conclusion from it all together. But let's not go on, with the matter. I've promised to rest the Tammy case. But should his matter show up here again, I will jump on it. I'm waiting to jump on something..lol

Rohr – I Will Introduce Six New Players In The Starting Line Up Against Algeria

Coach of the Super Eagles of Nigeria Gernot Rohr has revealed that he could introduce as many as six new players in his starting line up when they take on Algeria on Friday.
Nigeria are up against Algeria in a dead rubber World Cup 2018 Qualifiers tie on Friday, and according to Rohr he would use the game to test some fringe players in his team.
” All the games are important, it’s right we have already qualified for the World Cup, so the result is not the most important, the most important in this game will be to play a good game”, Rohr said in an interview posted on the official twitter handle of the Super Eagles.
” We always play to make good games and good results , but it’s an opportunity for us to see some players who didn’t play so much during the qualifiers because we have our team, and now we have six injuries, so it will be at least six changes”.

Iwobi : I Almost Cried When I Scored The Winning Goal Against Zambia

Arsenal winger Alex Iwobi has admitted that he almost wept when he scored one of the most important goals of his young career in a World Cup qualifier against Zambia on October 7.
It took only seven minutes for the Hale End Academy graduate to make his mark after coming off the bench, as he swept the ball past Chipolopolo goalkeeper Kennedy Mweene after he was teed up by Abdullahi Shehu.
''It’s so hard to describe, you know what I mean. When I actually scored the moment was crazy, I remember running off celebrating,'' Iwobi told arsenal.com.
''I almost cried, I actually almost cried to see how the fans were reacting, to see my mum and dad in the stands, it was just an amazing feeling. ''
The Gunners number seventeen added : ''When I scored the goal, because the security are very strict the fans were trying to come on the pitch as I scored, but the security guards stopped them and after the fans they played trumpets and banged drums, so the players were just dancing, it was just crazy.''
Iwobi will make his thirteenth appearance for the Super Eagles if he features against Algeria on Friday, November 10.

e clear say una get plan...
I read one lady the other day...asking if Leon was married......
I remember most Tottenham female fans then...loved the club because of the handsome players in the team....

well...I don't see anythin wrong wit rohr inviting those two guys to come train wit the super eagles even though they won't get to play......

the problem wit the nff is that they seems to be so obsessed wit English born players....

for now...no English groomed players should approached or lured....
let's leave them....by the time...they get to 24/25 years of age.......they will begin have a rethink....
pending when we have a good under 20 and 17 team....that can gradually progress to the senior team...like the nacho set..
the nff should turn their search light elsewhere....

I have heard of narrow mindedness and parochial understanding but your commentary leaves me bewildered.

Talk about bigotry add to it negative prejudice, I really am unable to comprehend how you have come to this view.

With all the informed contributions on this thread and the depth of discourse available to you here. You can actually have kind this kind of expression. Then we have all failed and it's deeply dissapointing for me.

you are funny bro...

please I don't want us to toil this path again...because there is no way we are will discuss the attitude and focus of this English groomed players without making mention of Tammy of which I don't want us to...because we have already talked about him this evening....

you always accusing someone of what you're guilty of....everyone here knows your sentiment towards anything English...you don't mind canvass Fr a league 1 player for the super eagles.......

ANS hardly does. They know that OGN are fiction writers that's why they counter them. I've read and still read both. I think ANS passes
