Hello sammolarge19

it is too early to be asking for visa interview appointment, admission is still very much open for the 2018 summer session. Or have you been admitted for the session/ did you defer a previous session admission ?

Well, lemme say No its not really too early because I and my brother were given date against summer 2018.

I've been a silent reader since July 2017.
Never wanted to comment on this platform yet until I have my success story to share.
But had a second thought that it wouldn't be nice keeping vital info to myself especially from a platform I've emersely benefited from.
Hence, I'm now here.

I humbly welcome myself to this platform and I promise to give relevant info at my disposal to the benefit of this platform (both to newbies, the average and the godfather's here).
So help me God!

Mail the head of visa section (Kim-Maren Eisele) personally and you may be pleased you did.

That exactly what I did on 2nd of November, got a response dat same day to forward my documents, I did that for myself and my elder brother the following day (November 3rd). Was surprised we got a response 9am ystaday and were given date for Tuesday 14-11-2017 by 7am.

Though it was sort of too urgent for us to meet up with dat date as we would be fully engaged with oda family activities nxt week, we had to decline/cancel the appointment and plan reapplying for a later date

Sure, make sure your friend in Belgium send the fund using uni-assist IBAN and add your reference number, it should get to uni-assist in 2-3 working days.

Hello everyone.. please can anyone help me answer this questions: Am considering a Msc degree in Mgt&inform for summer and most schools I see via daad requires uni-assit. My questions are;
1. can I still make the summer admission if I send my documents thru uni-assit for verification considering it should have been sent ahead of Summer admission?
2. Can my friend in Finland help pay for uni-assit if yes to above question?
2. Are there schools I can apply to without uni-assit, believe me sir and ma..I have searched extensively in my own little way..?
Thanks for the opportunity.

1. I don't really understand this question but I think you meant, sending your documents after the deadline date?. The answer is no
2. Yes
3. Yes there are, you should search more or ask. Schools like TU Darmstadt and Bochum university don't require you to apply through uniassist. I'm sure, there are more

You can not book apiontment without the block account details. Just be patient Fintiba will send your account details to you once they verify your video, mine was verified within 24 hours. As per your admission, did you defer admission or you just applied for this summer admission?

1. Depending on the school. If the application is still open, and your documents can reach uni-assist before the deadline then you're fine.

2. Yes. But look at the payment details on uni-assist's webpage to avoid complications.

3. Depending on the course, there should be. You obviously haven't searched well enough. All information on programs can be found at www.daad.de so take your time to look through it.

I've heard similar experience with such oversabi(s) here. They act like because they've lived here for decades, that they know everything and you know nothing because you haven't lived here for a long time. Anyways, try to inform yourself wella.. It's very possible to live here and not know anything.

It could also be that he doesn't want to help you out
Anyways, goodluck

It got nothing to do with oversabi,Just like someone already mentioned.when you looking for Sponsorship letter,it is not that easy to get someone who can do it for you either your relatives or their close ones. This is simply because the rules attached to issuing this Sponsorship of a thing can send someone easily to jail or put you into serious debt.Hence, rather than for your relatives to hurt you by telling you "NO" they rather try to convince you.To Future applicants ,I wish ya'all Goodluck.
