I applied via pushCV. U have to register through them. They will create account for you and then go back to the site to apply. It's an easy process. Just fill all the information required and Boom!!! You'll get a confirmation mail that it's successful in the mail provided.
But one must have applied for a CV with them before one can be able to apply for jobs right? I tried applying for a job and it says I don't have a CV and will need to apply for one, despite the fact that I uploaded one.

I don't think so, coz I don't have a CV with them and I applied successfully. Just register on their platform and go back to apply for the job. They'll ask for your CV, upload it and get registered.
