1. Most, if not all of the med students do cross from 100 to 200, so the issue of limited space is there
2. There might be administrative reluctance to release you from your current department

Umm according to d recent update on admission process (change of course thing) if one Should read through d lines of Dat piece of info I think very soon a list wud drop
Or maybe it as

Bosses should check their admission status ooo

I checked, nothing is there....I hope they have not released ooo because I'm afraid sef, although I beat the cut off but you know, we are in NIGERIA.... anything fit happen...

What gave me concern was that, some weeks ago, I tried to check my agg score and the thing is telling me that I don't have an agg score because I scored less than 50 in my post utme....I was like, ewagbami!!! d thing that i checked and i saw that I scored 65.....until I reloaded the page....

CHANGE OF COURSE FOR UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN 2017/2018 ADMISSION EXCERCISE
This is to inform candidates who had an aggregate score of 60% and above (Science subjects) and 55% and above (Arts subjects) and are yet to be offered admission in their chosen most preferred course as a result of not meeting the cut-off point for the course, that they can now apply for Change of Course. They should however ensure that their aggregate score is not below the cut-off point of the course they intend to change to. Log in to see the available courses.
Candidates should note that consideration for admission will be based on merit. Filling of Change of Course form will close on Wednesday 15 November,2017.

D reason why i didnt want to apply for special edu. Is because its meant to educate those with disabilities

Smartography,i bet u are agitated due to ur experience last year,i believe u have a good chance this yr .ui vc has already gave an insight into the modality for admission this yr 45% for merit,35% for locality and 20% for elds.since ui doesnt have catch area,i assume locality will be based on aggregate score,the closer u are the better ur chances.
