@zaynie...yeah,I deciphered that from your question Read black soot is back in PH....mama's there is it true? Now you have to do general cleaning, close windows, wash hands more often, possibly wear nose mask and cover up. May whatever is causing this be eradicated soonest. |

casler congrats to u mama, may ur daughter be a source of joy to u and ur family, u are strong mama proudmom38 una Neva commot for d oza room ni,hmmm blessedruby congrats to u mama, happy bumping lioha, this is so sad, I believe we should be more prayerful in this journey, is not a matter of private, even general too they made mistake, thats why I also loose one dear friend like that to labour with twins in general hospital o in 2016, person blood pressure is very high, d doctor still allow her to pass tru labour with multiples o, my dear is only God that we should pray to deliver all our pregnant women from wicked hands during labour. 6 Likes |

Please all does it mean that private hospitals are not good? Belladsweet both private n government hospitals r good as far as u have good doctors. Either one u choose LISTEN to your doctor. If we know better we wouldn't go to the hospital in the first place. Whatever birth plan ur doctor advises please opt for it. Remember "heaven help those who helps themselves". 2 Likes |

belladsweet: Nne not all private hospitals are bad o I used a private hospital when I gave birth to my son and I enjoyed their services! When my son had breathing issues due to meconium aspiration, the speed at which he was taken care of and given oxygen was out of this world. Some have bad experiences with private and some have bad experiences with general hospitals I'd advice you ask around for reviews of the hospital you plan to use. That is what I did. 3 Likes |

belladsweet: Forgot to mention like me. I'm pro GH but my birthing experience there wasn't really palatable. I think it's the docs and nurses there that matters. The night I gave birth all the nurses on duty were nice except the one that attended to me. She showed me pepper. A week later I discovered jaundice in my baby and we went back the matron I saw was something else she didn't even talk about the jaundice she just kept insulting me that I had rashes on my face. matron who doesn't know difference between rashes and pimples. The PH we later went to to treat the jaundice was wonderful. They treated us like executives. So just pray and be led by God to a good place. 6 Likes |

@belladsweet both GH and PH have their advantages and disadvantages. The Doctors, Nurses etc you meet at any point makes the experience good or bad. One thing for sure is do your review about any hospital before settling for it. If you are capable you can as well register in both GH and PH. 2 Likes |

belladsweet, either one is good depending on your resources and availability of good doctors. I used state hospital for my first and the experience was awesome. God used the nurses on duty to save both me and my son. My son didn't cry well and one of the nurses made it her duty to ensure he got proper attention even when the Dr was doing somehow. He was later placed on oxygen which stabilized his breathing. The nurse kept checking on us till we got discharged. For my second, I used FMC though heard not too good report. I believed in God for good report and used there since am covered with NHIS and it was good too. In all commit your decision to God Almighty. My prayer has always been God take control of my delivery day and the medics on duty. Ameen? |

It is not about the location, its about the personnels. May God guide us to the right place and appoint good personnel to handle our deliveries. Belladsweet I registered in both GH and PH but delivered in PH(owned by MOG) cos it was kinda near and I had no issues. |
