You know how it is once that person is under 16 it maybe U14 for France it's statutory rape. The circumstances are completely irrelevant it is considered that the child is not able to give consent.

However, the reality if that( House) girl is Nigerian it's almost certain practice that they would reduce her age to bring her in as a dependent child. So she could even be 21 in reality. I am talking from observation and practice in Europe.

You probably remember Adam Johnson Sunderland player jailed for 6 years. For sexual activity with a girl of 15+. He didn't even do the deed.

Why was he jailed then?

Am sure you will do better than Rohr. When some of you criticise, you do it so blindly that it looks like you have a personal score to settle with the coach. Give this man some credit. This is the first time in a long while that we qualified without calculator and here with a game to spare, Algeria needed a dubious referee assisted penalty to draw at their own backyard against our second team. What were you expecting?, that we go there and whitewash them?... Na we buy boot for dem?

Some of you guys here with negative words, criticism, and "never see good in Rohr" are a suspect. I believe that besides our team's success, you guys might have an ulterior motives.

I mean how else do one explain the name calling and demeaning remarks on this match and on our players.?.. In the viewing center where I just watched this game, applause and praises were all the players received only to come online to read this rubbish!

I am beginning to think that many of you are kids who knows nothing about our history in football or better still you guys are all foreign based Nigerians who are just beginning to show interest in our football.

That should be the only reason why you guys throw new players at the coaching crew upandan and making weird statements calling it tactics.

From time immemorial, apart from westerhof. Rohr is the only foreigner doing something great about the Super Eagles, heck it took almighty westerhof 4 years to do what Rohr is doing for us under a year. And the best you lots can do is to criticise, insult and demean his ability, capability and achievements so far.

I don't blame you, you all probably won't be saying this had we been stucked at the bottom of this group, to which the worst you would have done is to sack him.

Armchair coach is what I call you all, and not until you guys take up a coaching job, it remains so.

Honestly it is nauseating reading many negative comments here. Just imagine you wishing us to lose, you have been saying it since last month. And since we didn't lose today, instead of running home with your tail in between your legs, you are making a lame attempt at being a contempt.

If you can't support this team positively, abeg maintain your Lane.

Bros, I have learnt one thing in life: it so easy to criticize. I am making effort to stop criticising anything I have not experienced. To criticise what you have not experienced is to tell yourself fantastic lies.

Ola Aina showed comfort going forward. Showed tactical depth in his play but his tracking back was faulty. Apart from that, I was okay with his play.

The gaps were too much and it took a lot of work from Balogun to keep it unnoticeable.

Like to see him play on a better pitch to judge his stamina running up and down the flanks.

I wont turn blind eyes on two occassions i noticed he baloon d ball when he was supposed to communicate with keeper and balogun, cos thy cost us set piece.

My God bless you both - you and Joebie!

Gernot Rohr is such a horrible coach, yet he took the same team that was unable to qualify for two AFCONs and qualified us from a group of death - with a game to spare. Nigerians are unbelievable indeed!!!

grin Iwobi sha showed characteristics of a headless chicken. Two counters, two wrong passes. Atleast you agree that the game was poor, seems like saying the truth is a crime in Nigeria, once we become succesful we stop trying to improve and we end up stagnating till others catch up, poor poor stupid native African mentality

I know you will mention iwobi...

It seems people are making case for nacho and iwobi Tonite... Hmmm..

But seriously what did you think about Ogu game.. Be neutral... No sentiments...

Guys Guys the pitch was too terrible for easy distribution. Another good news , we qualified unbeaten 4 wins and 2draws! Cheer up. We shall play on a better pitch in Russia for the friendlies .

Thank you! Remember, this is the same team that was unable to qualify for the past TWO AFCONs! Now, we've qualified for the World Cup with a game to spare and some morons here have the audacity to criticize the coach angry

This is the same argument I was trying to make a few days ago regarding the way some folks tend to run their mouths on here. We all know better than Rohr, yet none of us have coached any country and qualified them for the World Cup.

Bizarre people angry sad shocked

Nwakaeme impressed me with his hard work. Especially when he switched roles to play on the side. His tracking back was good and he put in work to help the defence.

Onyekuru showed confidence and nice touches. Sad the pitch did not allow us see the pace our forwards could bring. Algerians looked better and I suspect it has to do with the studs. This should be a lesson for us spending long time away from the venue.

Impossible. Did you see how many times Balogun had to drift to the left side of the pitch to prevent attacks from the flanks? Some of the aerial balls he won. The work of covering the central defence and the sides repeatedly puts Balogun ahead.

You are right but first 10mins of his game was kind poor Misplace passes maybe the pitch or the mask... He came out good..

I dunno Balogun he getting used I have poor game at the first minutes of the game... Clinical opponite might take advantage of such

Yea, the biggest discovery today is that we now have a decent LB. I will scream blue murder if Echiejile ever starts ahead of Aina again.
I think the team is gradually getting set. We still need a true top striker along with another playmaker besides Mikel.

O pari

Yah maybe a joel obi would do, also onyekuru should be in that team. The problem now is that center forward position.

I missed most of the second half. That Ref needs to be suspended for that decision alone.
Anyway, Rohr for the love of God should NEVER play Etebo as a AM/CM unless both Mikel and Iwobi are playing.
Rohr makes suspect subs at times...he brought on Musa for the our only creative outlet. We had Onyekuru, Musa, Nacho, Etebo and Ndidi on the pitch...how do you expect to keep the ball with those guys on?? We need more creativity in this team.
Nacho looked quite mobile today sha.

All in all, not a bad way to end the qualifiers. If you had told anyone last year we would have topped this group without losing a game, they would've laughed at you. Well done Rohr...lots to work on though.

It's better to be stupid than to complain. We have the choice between sacking Rohr and looking stupid or leaving him and continue to gripe and complain. I chose stupidity. Let Rohr be sacked.

Thank you, could not have said it better.

I really do not understand the criticisms for a team that have only lost one game in a couple of years and cruised through a qualifying group made up of three African champions.

Even Westerhof had to go through an excruciating last game to qualify for USA 94.

I don't see anything wrong with criticising a team....provided it is a constructive one.

so please....we should let everyone pour out their minds.....though i don't support names calling....
after all...every honest person will admit that alot still need to be done...in regarding the super eagles....

Another player I would like to see on a decent pitch playing for us is Nwakaeme. From his touches, I can see he has good skills, works hard to track back, can be a nuisance to defence and can fire at will. Sad the pitch messed his chance of impressing but I saw the signs.
