airmark: At a point, it was as if Hazard was being controlled from a console. Ruben was more than impressive too. Could have capped his performance with a classy assist but Man Ure's Lingard missed. |

VargasVee: I liked the roar that followed each time he touched the ball. Jay jay enjoyed that alot at his peak for Nigeria. The mexicans followed the words of lana1 and still failed Lana1: 4 Likes |

VargasVee: Also, he set up Vardy beautifully for a one-on-one on goal but Vardy lobbed wide. |

In the midst of storming performances from everyone else in the side, I was also intrigued by the 23-year-old Tiemoue Bakayoko’s contribution. He did give the ball away more than was comfortable and he got booked again, but we could see in that performance a power and energy that could well become an unstoppable force in the months and years to come. There were many who questioned the release of Nemanja Matic to United and I understand their point, but in reality having watched them face up against each other I think the younger man in blue (including the hair) clearly won the battle on the day and there is a very good chance he is the man for the future. His breaking into the box from deep was extraordinary, leaving everyone else in his wake and although he didn’t finish that well, the important thing is he got himself into those incredible positions. In fact he probably got into more scoring positions than any other player on the field on the day. His heat map shows how much time he spent getting into the opponents ‘D’ just outside the area. It all goes to show http://www.chelseafc.com/news/latest-news/2017/11/pat-nevin--much-to-admire.html |

Nihilist:i knw say u go dn happy as u see this article. Bt, u shld knw that pat nevin is just trying to support a chelsea player by emphasizing on his positives and ignoring his negative which he initially stated. Honestly, bakayoko is just doing exactly what ibime said he wl do. No stability in midfield. "fight and win bk possession, lose it again wt sloppy passing, and d cycle continues. No calmness and stability to the midfield". Just look at hw kante does it. 8 Likes 1 Share |

Greatihex: None of that is my business bro. Pat Nevin played the game at the highest level for Chelsea. I choose to align with his opinion as expressed. |

No WC for Ivory Coast. Morocco flogged them 2-0 in Abidjan. Blood of Drogba. Egypt, Tunisia and Morocco all qualify, only Naija and Senegal representing subsahara. 1 Like |
