esther..beacause of her courage to face the king on the most unusual and dangerous period in order to save her people...also,sh wasn't hasty to manipulate the king against the king's right hand man who is also the oppressor of her people...sh won ma heart with those heroics

King Saul
That king always wanted to do good, but Samuel and Yahweh never allowed him. Imagine, he didn't want to kill Agag and also some animals, Yahweh hated him for such. Samuel came and got annoyed and killed Agag by himself. When I read that part of the fiction, I couldn't but have sympathy for king Saul who has good mind but was surrounded by bad characters who are way to violent.
