You can always search for schools yourself. Is it Masters or Undergraduate? Cos i think SAT is for undergraduates.
And to answer number one question, it is very possible. But your academic results and test scores will decide if it will be possible or not so if you have a good result, then nice.

To add to what Gabby said, avoid agents, they will put u in trouble. Add asides Usnews,com, also check gradschools.com and petterson.com (mainly for Masters sha).

Because this is a faceless group doesn't mean everybody is the same age group. You will marvel when you know the age of some of the guys, people talk to anyhow here as if they are age mates. Now, the first thing to look for is the state and the university you'll like to study and check their requirements for International student admission..

Start with USNEWS.COM, select education and let me know the name of the school you would like to study..
