Actually, it is one of the safest jobs in the world. It is safer than danfo driving, mining, okada riding, working in a bank etc etc.

No commercial aircraft has crashed in Nigeria for a few years however within the same time, many danfo drivers and okada riders have died in accidents, many bankers have lost their lives to bank robbers etc etc.

Planes don't fall of the skies routinely, man.

alot of people did IATA but still job hunts for over a year and more self.. doing the training doesn't guarantee a well paying aviation job. but it's good to have it as an added certification to what you've had in the past... few people are lucky to get good jobs while alot still hold on to 40k 50k 60k jobs while some have funds to set up a travel agency... meanwhile Ori Yato Si Ori...

it's not training, it's a course. It depends on the duration you want, I think it's between 80/100k

It's really not..Get that misconception out of your head. Flying is safer than motor travel by far. Plus they don't fly as much as you think.. like pilots, they work in shifts. I can categorically tell you that there are businessmen and other career people who fly more often than any single flight attendant.

Even Aero's cabin service manager's salary is not up to 400k they only enjoy from duty allowances and training abroad plus the foreign currencies that comes with it

Dont go and enter one chance training school oo,
Those twos I know is reconized by NCAA and after your training you'll do aircraft and airlaw exams to obtain your crew license then you can look for job with it

Apologies then. The job is not guaranteed after the training but chances are higher when you do the training cause airlines would pick you over those who don't have any form of training.
